The guys cleaned up the yard and hauled away the branches and large pieces. We had them grind down the stump which was $250 more. Some of our plants near the tree were broken and flattened in the process but that is to be expected. Mr. Gibbs loves what he does and does it professionally. He was very polite and answered all my questions. No more constant messy tree in our yard or the neighbors, if we did have more trees to get rid of we would hire him back. I set my alarm clock for 8 AM in case he showed up at 8:30 AM. At 10:30 AM he had not called as instructed to call on his way so I could open the lock gate when he got here. He had not shown up between 830 and 1030 as agreed. I called the number he gave me to call and left a message trying to find out if he was still coming, if there had been a problem if there was a delay, but he never returned the call and it is now past noon. Still waiting for him to call and apologize if he had a problem and reschedule. I called at 10:30 and got the owner on the phone who was very nice and apologetic and he said he would contact him. I'm done waiting. I cannot recommend a company that is unprofessional regarding Appointments and don't call you if there's an issue with making it to the appointment-- it's just unacceptable and unprofessional and it happens too much in Miami and I won't put up with it anymore; there's no excuse now --with cell phones-- if someone is late for whatever reason they can send a text or make a quick call and let the person waiting know that there's an issue and reschedule or to see if they can show up a little later. If this is how they start dealing with a prospective customer, I can only imagine once you hire them. I can't recommend them if this is how they start contact with a customer. and I am sorry about that because the man seemed very nice on the phone when I talked to him to set the appointment, but the owner said he's overwhelmed with work.
