We had our backyard remodeled. We needed all of the old landscaping removed and new one planted. It was a big job to do. Scott is very polite, kind and calm, and responsive. We changed our ideas multiple times, and he patiently gave us advise and pricing every time. One of the Sylvester palms didn't do well after planting, Scott upheld his warranty and replaced the palm, which is a big work to do. All of the guys who work for Scott are nice and respectful of our property and running around kids. They did a great job! Of the four companies submitting a bid, they were the one which provided the clearest and most reliable descriptions of the cost estimates, the designs to be formulated, and the materials needed to carry out the plans. We needed some landscaping done after finishing some outdoor plumbing problems. I contacted several Landscaping Designers and contracted with Pristine Landscapers to complete the job. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. I'll get to the point up front - we highly recommend Pristine Landscapes! To begin, we found Pristine and used their services approximately 8 yrs ago. We had them design and install landscaping around our entire house that was absolutely beautiful and held up well over these many years. After recently having a new deck and driveway installed the landscaping took a beating from all that work and needed to be refreshed. I didn't hesitate to call Pristine again. Nor did I hesitate to recommend them to my daughter and son in law who recently purchased a home with zero landscaping; or to our surrounding neighbors as well as friends.
