Tree was in our back yard with little room on each side of the house and gates so everything had to be done manually. It took a little over 8 hrs. Some of our plants near the tree were broken and flattened in the process but that is to be expected. Mr. Gibbs loves what he does and does it professionally. He was very polite and answered all my questions. No more constant messy tree in our yard or the neighbors, if we did have more trees to get rid of we would hire him back. For the amount of labor I watched these men do we felt the price was very reasonable. I also liked that they are licensed and insured.

He bought maybe 400.00 worth of shrubs ( he claims it cost around 1K- which is not true and won't provide a receipt) and reused our rocks in various areas of the home. We paid him in good faith with his representation he would complete the job. Its been nearly three weeks and still not complete. Basically- he charged 2K for 20 low end shrubs. He and his son worked 6 hours and took our money and failed to do as promised. My only choice now is to sue him for a refund . Its unfortunate but he has not called back nor come to our home. He did however, cash the check. We should not have paid him in full and that is our fault but truly- what kind of business does he run? Poor consumer confidence.

We agreed to a monthly service cost for which he would mow every 10 days. The first time he mowed he destroyed over 100 ornamental plants in our garden beds. He stopped mowing mid-way through the month and when asked when he'd be back he refused to return and complete the monthly service that we paid for in full.
