This was the only plant on my balcony, so there's absolutely no way the infestation came from anywhere else but the store. To make matters worse, a friend of mine bought a similar trellis bougainvillea from this same place the same week, and guess what? Hers had worms too. This clearly points to a problem with the plants they're selling. Even more upsetting, my cat ended up getting sick after coming into contact with the worms--leading to a $400 vet bill. I brought the dead plant back in hopes they would at least take some responsibility, offer a refund, an exchange, or help nurse the plant back to health. Instead, all they did was offer a systemic treatment, and made no guarantees or effort to ensure the plant was actually healthy. This was such a disappointing and costly experience--both financially and emotionally. I won't be shopping here again, and I highly recommend others think twice before purchasing plants from here without carefully checking for pests.

I use the fertilizer on my bougainvillea, hibiscus and other flowering plants. The difference between their fertilizer and any other fertilizer I have ever bought is night and day. Within a week of application on very old hibiscus plants, the plants' leaves were deep green and the bushes were covered with new buds. The owner Pat shared a wealth of knowledge with me. I followed his advice and the bougainvillea I purchased from him have grown beautifully. Geronimo Farms is a 10 out of 10!

Jorge met with us several times to review our project and answer our questions. He offered suggestions about our design and was easy to work with. Jocelyn and Damion in the office were polite and helpful as well. The team that installed our landscaping seemed to take pride in their work and did a great job. They also cleaned up the yard after the job was done. Sanctuary Gardens prices were reasonable, and they allowed us to visit their nursery to select the specific trees for our yard. They installed a timer with a bubbler watering hose so we wouldn't have to water the trees every day. So nice! I am giving Sanctuary Gardens one star only because zero stars is not an option…read more Sanctuary Gardens designed and installed landscaping around my pool and hardscape area. We did not request the specific plant species or placement. We relied on Sanctuary Gardens as the landscape professionals to select appropriate plants and locations. They selected and installed large bird of paradise plants extremely close to my pool deck, pavers, coping, lighting, and related hardscape. The plants were installed only approximately 17 months ago, and the problems began approximately 13 months after installation. These are not root issues that developed over many years. The roots lifted and distorted pavers, created uneven walking surfaces and potential trip hazards, and became entangled with my landscape-lighting wiring. I am also concerned about potential future damage to pool-related plumbing, electrical components, coping, and below-grade infrastructure. I made repeated efforts to have Sanctuary Gardens address the problem, including warranty-related requests, insurance-related communications, and formal communications through legal counsel under Florida's Chapter 558 construction defect process. In my experience, Sanctuary Gardens has ignored the communications, denied responsibility, failed to resolve the issue, and failed to provide requested information through the formal process. They seem to have an excuse for why every issue is supposedly not covered. Based on my experience, I would NEVER recommend Sanctuary Gardens. Homeowners should proceed with extreme caution, especially for landscaping near pools, pavers, coping, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, or hardscape.

Really beautiful special pieces and some that were bigger than I am and quite exceptional. Prices seemed fair and quality seemed good. There were so many greenhouses and so many plants, it was just overwhelming. I think I could've gotten lost in the massive acreage of greenery.
