There is no direct line to the custom service or the company and to date I still have not gotten a refund or replacrement bag. They are a terrible service. I will not be buying from them anymore. As someone who is involved in the aquarium hobby, this place is a solid pick. They only have a freshwater selection of plants and animals. Their prices are much much better than other local stores! They have a decent selection of fish and plants for their size! Their aquarium supplies and accessories is a bit sparse and not as much variety as I would like, but they do have the basics. The staff has always been kind and courteous. They also allowed me to price match to petco and chewy.... They also have some great promotions as well! Definitely have saved some money by shopping here!

Sydney took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and did an outstanding job. Apollo received compliments everywhere we went afterward. His beard was beautifully layered and blended, his eyebrows were shaped perfectly, and he still looked like a schnauzer rather than having a generic haircut. The cut was clean, balanced, and professional. Most importantly, Sydney treated Apollo with care, patience, and genuine kindness. He may not love getting a haircut, but he certainly loved all the attention he received afterward and seemed much more comfortable in the Florida heat. If you have a schnauzer, Sydney is the groomer you want. She understands the breed, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in her work. Apollo has found his new groomer, and we'll definitely be back.
