My water is perfect and is tested weekly and is also tested professionally. I purchased fish from another store within a few days and those fish are still alive and thriving months later. The only conclusion is the fish in Fish Fantasia are old or sick. Fish do not show any symptoms of common diseases so these must be old.

I called the store to ask where the missing item was, and heard the young man who answered the phone tell his manager that he forgot to give it to the driver. I asked to speak to the manager myself, and he told me that she was on break and would call me back. Not cool- end of the day on a Sunday- the one item we needed, my dogs actual food, is the one they did not deliver- how do you miss a 12lb bag of dog food and remember two small treat bags??? Not cool. PetSmart here I come.

As someone who is involved in the aquarium hobby, this place is a solid pick. They only have a freshwater selection of plants and animals. Their prices are much much better than other local stores! They have a decent selection of fish and plants for their size! Their aquarium supplies and accessories is a bit sparse and not as much variety as I would like, but they do have the basics. The staff has always been kind and courteous. They also allowed me to price match to petco and chewy.... They also have some great promotions as well! One of the Door dashers was a shadow door dasher and dumped my order in the bushes. One of the neighbors saw one of the bags dumped in the bushes by the Door Dash driver. I spoke with Jonas on the phone a few times he followed up and then Adrianna personally came and delivered the missing items to my home. Literally hand delivered with a smile. I will always keep ordering from Petsmart because they are amazing especially in this particular store! I will look to see if it is possible to order from instacart instead which I have always had positive experiences with instacart deliveries and most deliveries. I used to work in a major corporate pet store in NYC at a flagship store so I understand exactly how intense & busy working in a pet store is with both the humans and furbabies and while it can be a fun job it definitely isn't easy but Jonas & Adrianna make it look easy and have excellent customer relations skills that will take them both very far in life :). I returned at 4:30 and my dog still wasn't ready. I had to leave to pick up my mother from the airport, so they handed him back unfinished. He was there for about five hours, there was zero communication, and they still charged $80 me for an incomplete service. Very unprofessional. I won't be returning. Don't waste your time.
