The Managers Adrianna & Jonas are outstanding and supernice! I order from Petsmart all the time since adopting my new kitty and their service is always outstanding. One of the Door dashers was a shadow door dasher and dumped my order in the bushes. One of the neighbors saw one of the bags dumped in the bushes by the Door Dash driver. I spoke with Jonas on the phone a few times he followed up and then Adrianna personally came and delivered the missing items to my home. Literally hand delivered with a smile. I will always keep ordering from Petsmart because they are amazing especially in this particular store! I will look to see if it is possible to order from instacart instead which I have always had positive experiences with instacart deliveries and most deliveries. I used to work in a major corporate pet store in NYC at a flagship store so I understand exactly how intense & busy working in a pet store is with both the humans and furbabies and while it can be a fun job it definitely isn't easy but Jonas & Adrianna make it look easy and have excellent customer relations skills that will take them both very far in life :). My kitty says that this Petsmart is purrfection and loves all of his kitten food, treats & his many toys & cat climbers. read more

So happy PetSmart is open near my home. This is a new location that has been around for just a couple of months in the plaza located on the intersection of Boynton beach blvd and Lyons Rd. It's a huge location that is extremely clean. I love that there is so much space for animals that need adoption. They sell everything animal located. They have have a services area also for pet grooming. They also have a pet hotel for accommodations for your fur family member overnight if you decide to go out of town. My visits are related to buying cat food for my cat. She likes a particular kind which is hard to get at other stores. The employees are really nice and make the check out process easy. This location is in the west part of Boynton Beach off of Lyons and Boynton Beach. I have been in a few times to get things for my dog and to have his nails trimmed at the salon. It has anything imaginable for the furry and not so furry animals. There is a rewards card you can sign up for and it benefits a lot if you go there a lot. The staff has always been friendly and the service is quick. There is even an overnight boarding option available at the hotel section. It is very clean and have seen staff members actually clean up accidents pretty quickly if customers can't get to it in time. The prices can be more or less against other retailers or online competitors. Plus, the pets love coming in and sniffing all over the place with an occasional woof or two. read more

PetSmart PetsHotel took amazing care of my senior cat while I was out of town for 2 weeks. He experienced a medical issue while in their care, and the staff was quick to act and extremely helpful. The worst place for grooming. I HATE it here. They are all slow and do everything on their time. I waited 45 minutes for my dog to be seen, for them to then tell me, he can't be seen because it hasn't been 48 hours after his rabies vaccination. There was no one in line by the way, they just all like to talk to each other and give customers nasty ass attitudes. Way to go petsmart- your grooming salon and staff SUCKS. read more

This particular location was HORRIBLE. They injured my dogs paw and cut his pad so badly he wouldn't put his left foot down. Then my relative brought their two 9 year old labs in and were told after 2 hours, they are too old and it's too busy to have them there on a Saturday. I highly recommend Harmony for dog training at the Boynton Beach location (Lyons and Boynton Beach Blvd.). The beginning class and private lesson with Harmony helped both my newly adopted adult dog and me. Harmony is very knowledgeable about canine behavior. She went out of her way to be encouraging and compassionate with a stressed out dog (and owner). She answered all my questions and taught me effective strategies. The worst- DO NOT GO HERE FOR GROOMING !!! My dog just got the worst haircut he has ever had. Not one hair is cut even. There are strays all over his body. When I pay $30 for premium pkg PLUS an additional upgrade for hemp pkg listed for $21 charged $30. So I paid $ 78 for an uneven haircut and the groomer never gave him his perfume spray or cleaned his ears, nor did they brush his teeth. PetSmart just opened at the corner of Lyons and Boynton Beach Blvd. Our dog begged us to go shopping, so of course, we had to say "yes" to that adorable face. The store was clean, bright, and well-stocked, as expected for a new location. The staff was very friendly and knew their way around. When we asked about certain products, a staff member escorted us to the specific section of the store. The prices seemed slightly high on several items, especially compared to big box retailers like Walmart or Target, and some online retailers like Chewy, but for convenience, there's nothing better than a neighborhood store. We looked at the grooming and day care facilities. Both looked nice, although the day care space seemed somewhat cramped. We bought a few things and, at our dog's urging, joined the PetSmart loyalty program to get announcements of offers and to earn rewards. Woof! read more

Do not trust your pet at the Boynton Beach PetHotel. I provided food for my dog and they over fed him. The Pet Smart associate said she needed to fatten my dog up. She is not qualified to make this determination. Trust me use some other form of boarding for your pet if you love them. Will never use this pet MOTEL again. read more

Took 3 dogs there for grooming. The dogs looked and smelled great but one has been yelping a few times a day since. Never had an issue at the Royal Palm Beach store in the 17 years we've been in Palm Beach County. I understand things happen but they should have told me more than just he was difficult. read more

Horrible customer service from the grooming salon. They are constantly rude. I have brought in my dog several times and they have lost my appointment and refuse to groom my dog. Don't bother asking for a manager they are no help. I was so excited when this PetSmart opened since it was right next to my house. I now drive 30 minutes to the other PetSmart. The people in this location are lazy and roll their eyes if you ask them to do anything that is their job. If your dog needs a grooming find somewhere else. Canceled our appointment because the groomer decided to leave 2 hours early. Made another appointment and the dude started asking for medical history for a vet (for a mild heart murmor) . WASTE OF TIME! Was great to have a store close to the house, bringing our Weim for nail trims since they opened. Makes it easy to shop for food and fish supplies at the same time. Shocked when the girls in grooming decided to try grinding instead of trimming after they were told he's afraid of the dremel. Now they've said he's aggressive and will need to stop coming. Recently opened, it is a beautiful pet store with some new products from Dentley that my dog loved. They carry Instinct raw boost mixers that appeal to my Standard poodle. There are sample sizes. The doggie hotel is a fun place and they are safety conscious. Every dog needs medical records. My dog was carefully introduced to the other dogs. The staff is very nice and professional. This Petsmart is 1 to 2 years old it is completely moldy do not shop here!!! You and your pets can get very sick the toxic mold spores called mycotoxins are in the air which means it's on every product that you buy here it gets on your clothes you track it into your car and cross contaminate your car and your home. This petsmart is not currently housing cats in this store because it is not safe for their health !!! They know that, but guess what? It's also not safe for employees or customers! Do not shop at this store they have a known AC problem which requires them to have air scrubbers in the middle of the store. This store needs shut down and properly remediated. From the very first time I walked into Petsmart on Lyons road I was greeted with a cheerful hello and smile.I have a 10 yr old rescue that has huge separation anxieties and I must say that my dog runs in whenever I go to either buy food or drop him off for doggie day care or boarding .The entire staff greets my dog Mazel with the warmest hello and immediately makes him feel at home and at ease .The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and knows my dog by name as well as mine .From the very first time I left Mazel there I felt confident that he will be well taken cared of .The atmosphere is fabulous and it is totally immaculate in every sense of the word .The staff asks if there are any concerns they should know including meds for my dog ,everything is labeled as well .All questions and all phone calls are immediately taken care of especially when I call to check on him either when he was boarded or there for the day . I must say I would never think twice about ever leaving my dog Mazel in better hands then at Petsmart . My dog Mya just loves the groomers at this pet salon. Mya is always treated as a Princess. I love it because my appointments are always easy, their timing is spot on and the one special Groomer, Kim, treats Mya like her own.
