Perfectly Planted specializes in Landscape Design, Installation, Maintenance. We specialize in unusual and exotic plants, with a love for native and exotic plants. Are you looking for a low maintenance garden, or a native garden, or how about dabbling in Urban Gardening with raised veggie beds, an unusual garden, or just something different than your whole neighborhood, type of garden? We can do it for you! We love Bromeliads, Perennials, Tropical Shrubs, Natives, Edibles, Trees and Palms Our landscape designer has a B.S. Horticulture, U of FL. We are locally owned and operated. We are rated "A" on Angies List. We design many specialize gardens and landscapes, including Xeriscape, Native, Tropical, Zen, Modern, Coastal, Water Features, Pet and Child Friendly, Play area, Cottage Gardens, Salt Tolerant Gardens, Butterfly Gardens, Shade Gardens, Container Gardens, and Succulent Gardens too! Our Garden/Landscape Design Plans are Free, with purchase of plants. We work with gated community landscape restrictions and rules. Many clients are gone for the summer and we oversee their lanscaping with a maintenance agreement, which includes but is not limited to fertilization, trimming, pest and water problems. We love problem gardens!

History

Established in 2004.

After working in various aspects of our industry, Nursery, Brokerage, Retail Sales, we began installing exotic gardens. The nurseries would refer the business to us, while we were still working for them. In 2009, we opened our first retail garden shop, which allowed our clients to find us, in our Federal Highway location. This year, 2011, we moved to a larger location, 3377 North Federal Hwy, on the Delray /Boynton border. We have found our favorite plant-The Bromeliad! With so many places it loves, Sun, Shade, Partial, there is a Bromeliad for every exposure. Some are tough, sun loving, mean and prickly, some very sensitive and soft! Let us show you! We are a growing business and sometimes there are too many jobs for so few hours, so we close the gate, but we are always open on Saturday, from 11 AM to 5 PM. Meet the Business Owner: Casey R.

First Gardening experience, age 7, Dubuque Arboretum, Dubuque, Iowa. Mainentance of (and learning a love of) plants and growing things. Actually it was a short stint of community service payback, no jail for 7 year old little girls. Many years later, while searching for the perfect career, I switched to Horticulture. At the time, I was working at a retail garden center in Broward County. From there and after graduating from U of FL, with a B.S., Horticulture, I broadened my experience with a position at an exotic tropical grower in the area and then on to learning the plant brokerage business. But the very start of this business was while working for Tropical World in Delray Beach. The people I helped and the plants I learned to love, this was the real beginning of Perfectly Planted, Inc. In 2008, we opened Perfectly Planted Garden Design Center on Federal Hwy and we recentely moved to the Tropical World Vendors, on the Delray/Boynton Beach Border.
