They count on doing crap work for a good amount of money and will gladly hope you don't take legal action against them. They will be proven wrong, although they may be bankrupt by the time of our court date.

Falling into that category, we kept putting off re-landscaping our mess of a front until we couldn't anymore. As we always do, we began by contacting four landscapers for estimates. Two asked us to tell them what plants we wanted to plant (how would we know!?) and the third never got back to us after our initial meeting. Ignacio came and gave us ideas and immediately sent us some options. We were able to pick and choose from the pictures of plants and trees he felt would work and what fit in with the overall idea we had in mind. He took the stress out of the decision making process while allowing us to feel we weren't turning everything over to him.
