I hired ECO Tree Experts to take out a massive avocado tree that was (1) in a lot with little access, (2) crushing up against a fence, and (3) three-pronged and hanging directly over my 2-story house. Nick walked me through their plan of attack, and we scheduled out for the following week. They showed up, jammed that sucker out, and played with my dogs after the job was done which was definitely going an extra mile. Place was left tidy. Spouse is happy. Tree is *gone* 10/10, 5 stars. Solid company and crew. read more

I had 2 trees trimmed. One was quite tall. The crew was wonderful. They arrived well prepared, trimmed the trees beautifully, were considerate of any bird or squirrel nests. They completely cleaned the areas and all tree debris was promptly hauled away. Their fee may have been a little high for some, but you get what you pay for. They were fantastic. I used them in the past and will continue to have them take care of my trees. read more

Exceptional in Every Way I rarely write reviews, but Echo Tree Experts absolutely deserves this one. From the first conversation with John to the final walkthrough, the experience was seamless. John was knowledgeable, honest, and reassuring throughout the process. Nadia, the owner, leads an extraordinary team -- and you can see that leadership reflected in every person who steps onto the property. They removed multiple trees along my entire backyard with incredible precision and professionalism. What truly amazed me was that not a single thing was damaged. Not one plant, not one fence line, not one detail. That level of care speaks volumes about their expertise. And when they were finished? My yard was spotless. Completely cleaned. It looked better than before they arrived. The crew worked together with such coordination and respect -- efficient, focused, and clearly proud of their work. It was actually impressive to watch. In a world where quality and accountability sometimes feel rare, Echo Tree Experts delivered excellence. If you want a company that treats your property like their own, this is the one. Without hesitation -- 5 stars. -- Cynthia Agnese read more

We requested a quote and John was there within an hour to look over the job site and worked with us to get the most for our money. They next week the crews showed up on the right day at the right time, took care of all our issues, identified some others, took care of those and cleaned up as if it was their own yard! Thank you for the great day! read more

No regrets from the get-go. Hauled away all the debris; in my case, there were quite a few loads. They are neat workers and work well together. They were here all day & we went over everything before they left in case something was missed. Marco (sales rep) stopped by the day after to see if I was satisfied. I said yes, my wife and I were very much satisfied. I mentioned that a small section of bamboo was missed and did not catch it during the final inspection. Marco has someone coming over to cut the area down. I recommend them to anyone for quality work. They let you know of any out-of-place findings along the way. Having an arborist on site helps tremendously. Having a trained tree‑care professional who specializes in keeping trees healthy, structurally safe, and properly maintained. They diagnose problems, prune safely, assess risks, and manage trees long‑term. Made me aware. Out of 5 STARS I give them 6 STARS. read more

We had two Rubber Trees that were being 'taken care of' by our property management company. The trees started to drop large branches, hitting cars in the parking lot. Our prop mgmt company said they had already trimmed the trees for hurricane season and would not come back to take a look. One of the trees is right next to our building and the branches often brush the roof. The mgmt. company trims them away but just barely. Fed up, I called Eco Tree Experts. Patrick came within two days, assessed the situation, told us the trees had a disease, and needed to be heavily trimmed and redirected away from the roofline. We booked them in and they came within 2 weeks... heavy rain from Hurricane Debbie gave us rain problems or they would have been here sooner. They brought equipment, lifts, a number of men, and Patrick gave us updates on what was happening. I can't say enough good things about Patrick, except that his mom raised him right! We are senior citizens and Patrick was very polite, courteous, and explained things carefully. Our trees were trimmed and redirected, and all of the debris, which was a lot, was removed and the area cleaned. I highly recommend this tree service company. I'd like to give ECO 6 stars! I called for an estimate to have some specialty tree work done yesterday. Nicholas called me immediately and met us about an hour later. We spoke at length about how important my Royal Poinciana was to me; to be cut correctly, preserving the shape of the tree. They arrived this morning at 8am, did an expert job on the Poinciana, my large Oak, a Coconut Palm , 2 Washingtonians and the giant flower pods from my Foxtail Palm at a fair price. Count on expertise, punctuality, knowledge and skill and attention to detail. They did all my tree work, removed the debris and raked up every leaf on the lawn. I couldn't recommend them any higher! read more

John came out for an estimate within two hours elf our call for an estimate. Within three days of accepting the estimate, Damon and his crew arrived to take down a few heavy branches that were growing over our lanai. Damon and his team did an excellent job -- clearly explained what they were doing and how it would help the tree. They were done quickly and left the yard immaculat. Cannot recommend these guys enough. read more

This company is the best tree service we've ever used. They were reliable, on time and the fastest work of removing trees I've ever seen. They removed 4 palm trees within 30 minutes and hauled off the cut trees. And within a couple of days came back and ground the stumps in an even faster time. Next time I have some trees removed, I will only call ECO Tree Service. read more

ECO Tree Experts are just that, Experts. Our oak tree grew into a giant and covered our entire front yard. The canopy extended over the front of our house and over the street in front of our house. There were many low branches, dead limbs and new limbs starting everywhere. The ECO team cleaned the interior of the tree trimmed and shaped the canopy. We feel the tree has a better chance of survival now should we have a severe storm. We chose the right company with great equipment and employees and supervisors. Real arborists. I highly recommend ECO Tree Experts. read more

Worked with Nick on having a couple of large palms and stumps removed. He was very quick to respond back with pricing and was able to schedule the removal the same week. His team was quick and cleared the trees out and left the space very clean afterwards. The stump removal team came out the next day and were very quick and again cleaned the area up afterwards. Highly recommend ECO Tree if you need trees or large palms removed quickly. read more

Recently, I had the opportunity to interact with Eco Tree Experts. My neighbor has let her trees become overgrown. She hired Eco Tree Experts to trim the trees back that were hanging over the property line and touching my roof. Eco Tree experts came out and trimmed. Upon my returning home, the trees upper portion of the trees were still hanging over not to my approval. I contacted Eco Tree Experts and left a message. The owner called me back personally. He advised that they would return and trim more back to my satisfaction He advise he believes in total customer service. He did advise to be patient as they are in high demand and have several jobs on the schedule. I have to say I was a bit hesitant but had nothing to lose. To my pleasant surprise, they did return as promised. Upon the return, I met with Damon (Ops Manager) and Blake (Supervisor) and again spoke with the owner. They were extremely professional and trimmed all the trees to my satisfaction! I must say, in today's day and age, it is hard to find a company that will go above and beyond to achieve total customer satisfaction! If you are looking for a reputable professional operation, give them a call. You will be given a fair price and have quality work done. read more

Just fair warning. Hired them to trim 3 trees. Had an appointment for 12pm. At 1145 we were informed that we had been moved to the next days schedule. We explained that we both took the day off of work and prepped the driveway and yard. They didn't seem to care one bit. Use caution if you value your time. read more

My one star is only to submit this. I have no idea what their work is like as I have not used them. It's more of a comment than a rating. First, our community has a no soliciting policy. That being said, none of this should have even happened. Second, after I repeatedly told the woman who knocked on my door Monday we were not interested someone knocked on Tuesday. I was not home but my kids were and they did not answer the door. Today, Wednesday, again someone knocks on the door. Again my kids did not answer the door. But before leaving Josh Schroth (the sales director) knocked again, stuck his business card in the door and said "I see you." Not only is that very unprofessional it's very creepy knowing someone is peering in your windows! read more
