I had 2 trees trimmed. One was quite tall. The crew was wonderful. They arrived well prepared, trimmed the trees beautifully, were considerate of any bird or squirrel nests. No regrets from the get-go. Hauled away all the debris; in my case, there were quite a few loads. They are neat workers and work well together. They were here all day & we went over everything before they left in case something was missed. Marco (sales rep) stopped by the day after to see if I was satisfied. I said yes, my wife and I were very much satisfied. I mentioned that a small section of bamboo was missed and did not catch it during the final inspection. Marco has someone coming over to cut the area down. I recommend them to anyone for quality work. They let you know of any out-of-place findings along the way. We had two Rubber Trees that were being 'taken care of' by our property management company. The trees started to drop large branches, hitting cars in the parking lot. Our prop mgmt company said they had already trimmed the trees for hurricane season and would not come back to take a look. One of the trees is right next to our building and the branches often brush the roof. The mgmt. company trims them away but just barely. Fed up, I called Eco Tree Experts. Patrick came within two days, assessed the situation, told us the trees had a disease, and needed to be heavily trimmed and redirected away from the roofline. We booked them in and they came within 2 weeks... heavy rain from Hurricane Debbie gave us rain problems or they would have been here sooner. They brought equipment, lifts, a number of men, and Patrick gave us updates on what was happening. I can't say enough good things about Patrick, except that his mom raised him right! We are senior citizens and Patrick was very polite, courteous, and explained things carefully. We spoke at length about how important my Royal Poinciana was to me; to be cut correctly, preserving the shape of the tree. They arrived this morning at 8am, did an expert job on the Poinciana, my large Oak, a Coconut Palm , 2 Washingtonians and the giant flower pods from my Foxtail Palm at a fair price. ECO Tree Experts are just that, Experts. Our oak tree grew into a giant and covered our entire front yard. The canopy extended over the front of our house and over the street in front of our house. There were many low branches, dead limbs and new limbs starting everywhere. The ECO team cleaned the interior of the tree trimmed and shaped the canopy. Recently, I had the opportunity to interact with Eco Tree Experts. My neighbor has let her trees become overgrown. She hired Eco Tree Experts to trim the trees back that were hanging over the property line and touching my roof. Eco Tree experts came out and trimmed. Just fair warning. Hired them to trim 3 trees. Had an appointment for 12pm. At 1145 we were informed that we had been moved to the next days schedule. My one star is only to submit this. I have no idea what their work is like as I have not used them. It's more of a comment than a rating. First, our community has a no soliciting policy. That being said, none of this should have even happened. Second, after I repeatedly told the woman who knocked on my door Monday we were not interested someone knocked on Tuesday. I was not home but my kids were and they did not answer the door. Today, Wednesday, again someone knocks on the door. Again my kids did not answer the door.
