Evergreen Tech installed our new artificial turf about 10 months ago. The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work. A companies integrity should carry through the entire customer experience. From the initial installation to supporting and maintaining the project.

We needed them on two separate occasions: sprinkler unit installed and new sod/palm trees trimmed. The first job: I called RCH telling them about my grass situation. Seth was courteous/professional and Alex drove to my house in Wellington to give his recommendation the same day. He provided a reasonable estimate and we agreed. The service itself took a day (Saturday). We tested out the sprinkler unit and Alex was extremely helpful with how the new sprinkler unit worked. He's a big fan of Death Stranding too; overall he was very personable and connects with his clients. I can't thank him enough. The second job: This was about three weeks after the first job. They were booked on the days prior which tells you quality of their work. Seth gave me an update about a prior job which was appreciated. Alex did come over with a crew who was able to do a really great job with laying the sod, trimming the palm trees, and cleaning up. Since the gentleman laying the sod spoke mostly Spanish my mom came over to say hello. Just grateful to find a high quality landscaping company that's professional all the way through. I would recommend them to anyone who's in the market for this type of service! Seth and Alex get Five Stars. Thank you, John

I decided to use Green Planet to do the sprinkler work recommended by the Broward County Irrigation rebate team as they provided a reasonable middle price quote and they were one of the vendors on by the Broward County Irrigation team list (so they know the Broward County Irrigation rebate process) and what I appreciated the most was the time Angelo took to explain things over the phone, as well as his responsiveness to my texts. They were available a week later and Angelo and Ryder arrived on the date promised & within the time window. Both were always professional, friendly, informative and I felt they went the extra mile to ensure everything was done with quality and that I was satisfied with their work. Ryder did a high quality job replacing the valve system and accommodating my request to run the control wires through the garage wall to my Rachio V2 that I had mounted inside for protection from the elements as Angelo went to work moving & replacing sprinkler heads to better positions on the lawn per the Broward Irrigation teams recommendation. It took about 5 hours to get everything done methodically, cleanly and with high quality. In summary, I would highly recommend anyone in Broward County wanting to update their sprinkler system to research this rebate program and definitely consider Angelo and Ryder at Green Planet Sprinklers and Irrigation to do the work to install new, repair or upgrade their existing sprinkler system!
