I would not recommend their services because I was very disappointed in the very small size, quality and value of the trees and plants they provided from their supplier. The imperial bromelaids came in with broken or cut off leaves and had to be rejected, the 25 gallon Juniper Spartans were only about 4 feet tall, and the Ilex were so small they looked like ground covering to me when they were suppose to be now form a low hedge. He said his supplier will not take back anything once he picks it up, even if plants are still in original pots or even broken, so his supplier will not stand behind their products. The workers are very nice and work very hard but the end product is only as good as the plants and trees provided. Very disappointed and can not recommend them. read more

I'm not your typical YELP reviewer but I found out about RCH landscaping on this website. I can 100% confirm that this one of the best landscaping companies in Palm Beach County and would recommend to anyone who wants great service at a competitive price. We needed them on two separate occasions: sprinkler unit installed and new sod/palm trees trimmed. The first job: I called RCH telling them about my grass situation. Seth was courteous/professional and Alex drove to my house in Wellington to give his recommendation the same day. He provided a reasonable estimate and we agreed. The service itself took a day (Saturday). We tested out the sprinkler unit and Alex was extremely helpful with how the new sprinkler unit worked. He's a big fan of Death Stranding too; overall he was very personable and connects with his clients. I can't thank him enough. The second job: This was about three weeks after the first job. They were booked on the days prior which tells you quality of their work. Seth gave me an update about a prior job which was appreciated. Alex did come over with a crew who was able to do a really great job with laying the sod, trimming the palm trees, and cleaning up. Since the gentleman laying the sod spoke mostly Spanish my mom came over to say hello. Just grateful to find a high quality landscaping company that's professional all the way through. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Their workers don't know what they're doing, and will mess up anything they're working on. One of the workers even cut our cable line while he was working, and knocked out our internet and cable. I called the company to try to make it right, and they could care less. They would also not accept the fact that they were at fault. They suggested we go to Starbucks to get WiFi to work. Now my husband is out $200 since he can't work tomorrow!!! My neighbhor was having landscaping done and it looked so pretty, I asked for their name. I just had my bushes and bougainvillea's planted a couple of weeks ago and I could not be more happy. Alex was great with communication with me on so many choices. Even last minute, I wanted to change the color of one of the bougainvillea's and he made it happen. Fair price and great work done! A few months ago I reached out to Seth to do some tree trimming that my house badly needed. After some back and forth messages, he came out to take a look and give an estimate. The price was very fair and we agreed to set up a time to complete the work. I honestly had the dates mixed up thinking he was going to come out the following week, but it was my fault as I didn't realize they were so booked up. His crew was professional and showed up on time when he said they would and they made quick work out the 4 or so palms and trees I needed cut. They hauled away everything which was in me of my main concerns. They were in an out and my trees looked great. Would definitely recommend him and his team and will use Seth and team again in the future. Just make sure to look at the date and schedule ahead because they book up fast! read more

RCH Landscaping performed Hurricane Cleanup and debris removal at my community for Irma 2 years ago. We have them contracted for Hurricane Dorian which is approaching.
