Excellent job, professional tree service! Would call them again In order to finish the job they worked late into the evening!! read more

Excellent company!! I have used them for 15 years! Paul, does an excellent job and is reliably and reasonably priced!

Paul and the others guys did an excellent job. Took down Palm tree and cleaned up!! I would definitely hire them. Fair pricing

Paul did call apologizing and offered to come and stake the trees at no charge after my 1 star review. So I changed my rating. But I am skeptical about the circumstances that he gave as the reason for the no show and no call. read more

Hired them to cut some tree roots for me and they cut through my sprinkler line, which we knew was an option. What I didn't know is that they didn't know how to fix it and what they did was incorrect. Now my HOA is having to hire someone to come and fix it properly which of course will be billed directly to me due to this company's lack of competence. Of course once they were paid they would not come back out and correct their mistake. Unprofessional is the main description of this company. read more

No good. I called twice and spoke to them twice. Stated that they would be by, to send them my address. No show, no call. Spoke to them the next day, same exact thing. Unprofessional to not reach back out to a customer with a big job. If you are busy, let me know so I can take my business elsewhere. Reviews were good, I do not doubt the work because I didn't get to experience it, but they should work on their communication skills. read more

Unreliable. I called them 3 days in a row, they told me they needed to see the trees i wanted cut down to give me a quote. they said they would let me know when they were coming. They never called me, never showed up, never initiated contact unless I contacted them. I would not waste my time. read more

Too bad I cant give them a minus 5 stars. Here is another Florida contractor that does not show up. They told me they were on the way 2 times and never showed up. Do yourself a favor and hire a different company. I can rate them with one word, 'UNRELIABLE". read more

We're very happy with the services provided by Green Monkey. They cleaned up all of my trees, and did an amazing job on our hedge as well. It was all done cleanly and with a good amount of thought so that my trees look healthy and not "hacked" as happens at times with other tree trimmers. Paul and his crew are very professional, they arrived on time and knew exactly what to do. Plus they left everything tidy and debris-free. I would use them again! read more

Just had a giant Sea Grape trimmed. I was so impressed with the result. Paul took a lot of time and care. Did a great job cleaning up debris. Price was more than fair! I highly recommend this company read more

These people are terrific - they do not do "hack jobs"; rather they trim trees to show their beauty and to insure your safety as a homeowner should there be a major storm. They work with you to show you what needs to be done - they lift and trim trees in such a manner that once they are finished, you feel like you're living in Disneyworld. Both Paul and Craig monitor and over see the work - and are always available to answer a call or a text! They clean up all debris, are reasonable and on time - every time!!! read more

Paul and his men cut down two giant royal palm lining our driveway. I was worried because they were so large. Paul displayed the utmost confidence, thoroughness and care. The trees came down exactly where he said they would with no damage to anything at all. Astonishing since I have contracted many people before them and this is the very best experience I have ever had. His price was very good and fair. Paul is very conscientious about returning phone calls and they arrived exactly on time. There was a huge clean up that filled the truck up almost entirely and they left our place IMMACULATE! Not a shred of garbage was left anywhere. The men were knowledgeable, polite and quick in their work. They were gone before I could get through a line in Publix before a holiday. I am so delighted with them that they will be doing all our yard maintenance from now on. read more

I must have gotten 8 different quotes to get 3 tall coconut palms removed from my backyard. Paul and his crew gave us the best price by far (minus one shady guy my husband talked to who offered to do the job for 350 cash but refused to provide license and insurance and refused to wait for HOA approval or city permits, but that's neither here nor there). Paul and his crew at Green Monkey quickly provided proof of insurance and their license so I could send it to my HOA. Once it was approved the trees were removed within one week. Seriously,I could not be happier with the professional service and quality of work provided by Green Monkey. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for my next project. read more

Paul and his crew removed a dead Palm from my front yard. Paul was readily available, efficient and offered a fair price. His crew were experienced, and did a thorough clean-up once they completed the job. I would definitely call Paul again! read more

I had two large white oak trees removed and the stumps and roots ground by Green Monkey Tree Service and they did an outstanding job. They were excellent, efficient, and courteous and everything was cleaned and removed when they were finished. They also repaired my brick driveway that had lifted because of the root system from the trees. Not only was the driveway perfectly fixed but they were able to re-use every brick and not one was damaged in the process. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future if the need arises. read more

I needed stumps and some bushes removed. After two other companies never showed up, I wasn't expecting much. But Paul came through with a fair price, and the job was finished by the next morning. Clean up was excellent, everything removed, and they were courteous. That's hard to improve on, they deserve their good rating. read more

Paul is my man. Knew exactly what he was talking about and offered advice that would benefit the customer. He and his crew were top notch. They came out on time and did a maculate job and cleaned everything up afterwards. You want tree or irrigation job done the way it's suppose to be done, call the green monkey, you won't be disappointed. read more

Great job on everything I asked them to do!! Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient!! Will definitely use them again!! Highly recommended!! read more

There is a quote that says "First Impression is the last impression". Well, my first impression was not quite good. Just to be clear, I have never hire this company. I called to get a quote. At first, the gentlemen answered the phone very politely. As I was letting him know what I needed, I heard spoke to somebody else. I tought he couldn't hear me, so I said "hello" again and his response was "I am listening". Then again, while I was talking, he interrupted me and said that he was in a middle of a quote and to call back again so he can get my number to call me back. Really? Well... if that'ts the way we will start business I am out. My recommendation is that the next time you can't handle a call, please tell the customer to give you their phone number and you will call them as soon as you can. Don't tell them to call you back and that way you will get the number. That's no how you handle a business specially if someone is paying for your services. read more

Extremely pleased with the men that do the actual work for Green Monkey. They arrived at my 3/4 acre home at 10:30 am in August, one man down (illness). HOT outside!!! They worked tirelessly for hours, trimming 20 LARGE trees, many filled with coconuts, in the hot Sun. They did a GREAT job. They cleaned the twigs, every last coconut (OTHER companies threw them in the lake), and left my yard spotless. Perfect job!!! read more
