I'm not your typical YELP reviewer but I found out about RCH landscaping on this website. I can…read more100% confirm that this one of the best landscaping companies in Palm Beach County and would recommend to anyone who wants great service at a competitive price. We needed them on two separate occasions: sprinkler unit installed and new sod/palm trees trimmed. The first job: I called RCH telling them about my grass situation. Seth was courteous/professional and Alex drove to my house in Wellington to give his recommendation the same day. He provided a reasonable estimate and we agreed. The service itself took a day (Saturday). We tested out the sprinkler unit and Alex was extremely helpful with how the new sprinkler unit worked. He's a big fan of Death Stranding too; overall he was very personable and connects with his clients. I can't thank him enough. The second job: This was about three weeks after the first job. They were booked on the days prior which tells you quality of their work. Seth gave me an update about a prior job which was appreciated. Alex did come over with a crew who was able to do a really great job with laying the sod, trimming the palm trees, and cleaning up. Since the gentleman laying the sod spoke mostly Spanish my mom came over to say hello. Just grateful to find a high quality landscaping company that's professional all the way through. I would recommend them to anyone who's in the market for this type of service! Seth and Alex get Five Stars. Thank you, John

The landscape turned out nicely and they listened to my requests. I especially like the way they used the rock as a big part of the design and integrated some of my old plants. They seem fair in their pricing and told me they had a guarantee on their plants. After the landscape job I noticed they also did pressure washing so I got a quote and they cleaned my sidewalk. Check out my pics and see for yourself.

The team communicated they would be late and came out today to assess the area even when it was raining (two others rescheduled or didn't show up). I had two companies with good reviews come out yesterday to quote a price and they were pretty shady - they offered a price and when I told them I'm getting more quotes, they offered almost half the originally quoted price right away. One guy even insisted it would cost $250 to move the rocks. Rain offered an honest price from the start. We also asked to relocate a pony tail palm and he added that on for not too much more. With a little negotiation we said okay. Him and his team got the job done right away, same day. It was still drizzling/raining while they were working. They double check with us on the new location of the palm before replanting and raked up the leaves and left the area clean. Would definitely recommend the services here.

BEWARE! We hired Rick to plant 2 Sylvester Palm trees of…read moreequal height 10' for which we were charged per foot of trunk, one avocado, one mango, several snake plans and several large blue agaves plus new sod etc, aprox a 7k job. One of the Sylvesters is perfectly fine to date but the second one died almost immediately. Rick came and replaced it with one half its size which wasn't acceptable and regardless it died too within a couple of weeks. Of course we watered them as instructed, the 1st palm tree is still in place, and we documented the second ones death sort of speak. Per Rick, he was sold two sick trees by his supplier. Rick acknowledged that the replaced tree was half the size we paid for and agreed to replace writing "you have my word I will replace the tree". After multiple promises both over the telephone and in writing and several months later he still hasn't replaced it (as of 6-14-19). We removed the dead palm tree and realize they digged what seems to me to be a shallow hole full of rocks no topsoil. The avocado and mango tree as well as the snake plants which are known to be very hardy are not doing well, also very shallow holes and no top soil. I'm not sure what happened because Rick works with his father and they seemed like good honest people but they definitely failed us so if this can help someone else great. We do have everything well documented and intend to file a formal complaint at myfloridalicense .com as well as let others know how they operate.
