After several more visits and repairs we are still finding issues with the drain installation that he is not or will not resolve. We have notified him of the issues via email/text and although he says "he will come by and fix it" he has missed several 'promised' appointments to correct his work. He is a nice guy but it has become too frustrating to continue to follow up and beg him to warranty and repair his work. At this point It will be easier and less of a headache to call another company to come and repair his work .... as a future customer you have been warned.
