Responding to Tonyshia F.
Ton Fletch, a customer of Javier Landscaping in Briaridge, posted a very negative comment. However I have been a customer of Javier Landscaping for years. They are the third landscapers I've had here. The first two were incompetent and unreliable. I NEVER had a problem with Javier or his dad. They are always reliable, reasonable and accommodating. I had Javier cut down a tree for me and he asked for so little money that I paid him extra. Trimming another tree, he accidentally tore a screen. He immediately replaced it for me and charged nothing. I once asked him to plant a blue agave but he got the wrong kind. Again he obtained the correct plant at no additional charge and even planted the original one for me too. We have recommended Javier to our friends and neighbors and he is now serving several customers on our street as well as in neighboring communities. Everyone I hear from is more than happy with his work.
I'm very sorry that TONYSHIA F. didn't have a good experience with him. Realize that a stone in the grass that needs cutting can be impossible to see. Therefore it is not the negligence of the persons cutting the grass that could be operative. Whose fault is it that there is a pebble on a lawn? Is a contractor's reluctance to pay for damage that is not the result of his negligence so horrible that you need to go all over social media to destroy his business? It is so hard for me to understand how your interactions could have deteriorated to such a point. Stop doing business with him if you're dissatisfied but stop the nasty campaign against him.
Continued. So now TF is messaging me that Javier should have kept cutting the lawn through the month. The original post ranted about a cracked window and pointed out that they are new to home ownership. Was the crack there when they got the home? Now the complaint is about him not continueing to do the lawn. Based on the lengthy post and multiple dissatisfactions and threats to report the business and cross posting on multiple sites, Javier probably wants nothing more to do with them. If he did the lawn again what further trouble could he encounter?
Soften the attacks and ask for satisfaction courteously. read more
