Evergreen Tech installed our new artificial turf about 10 months ago. The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work. A companies integrity should carry through the entire customer experience. From the initial installation to supporting and maintaining the project.

I injured my knee and was no t able to do it, I was referred to EBM by someone. I called and spoke to Elmar, he came out within 30 min of me calling. Very nice man, easy to talk to and he listen to what I wanted done. The following Saturday Elmar came out with his crew, I was nervous cause I'm very picky on how I want my landscaping done! I was amazed how hard they all worked and the job that they did. it was a lot of work( Tree trimming, front and back gardens front and back all clean up, Palm trees all cleaned up and and mulch freshen up. Then all debris carted away. FANTASTIC JOB. Well done Elmar, and Thank you again.

Elmar was the first to come out, that same day as I posted my request, he seemed very knowledgeable and fair so I agreed to go with him. He and his crew was able to do the job today, just four days after my request. I could not be happier with the job they did. Every branch on the mahogany and oak trees were roped off, cut and lowered to the ground. This procedure is time consuming but very important to me as I have a fully landscaped backyard and didn't want any of it damaged. After everything was trimmed, it was all cleaned up by the crew and put in the tree shredder. All loose debris was picked up or blown clean. I highly recommend Elmar and his crew!!

After many trials and errors of a few landscapers coming out and assessing our property, my partner and I felt a little defeated that we weren't going to find someone who could deliver on our vision. My best friend referred us to Fritz Landscaping who had just recently gotten a gazebo installed and their back patio redone. During our initial meeting, Fritz listened to our ideas regarding what we wanted for our home. Fritz and his team surveyed our property & returned with a comprehensive plan; which included detailed drawings of our new Patio, Fire pit & half circle steps. The plan also included beautiful accent lighting to enhance the project. As he was presenting us with detailed plans of what he would suggest planting in each area of need, it was evident that Fritz's knowledge of planting options gave us what we were looking for. From tree removal, correcting our irrigation, the beautiful plantings, our patio, and outdoor lighting; everything was perfectly executed!
