Update as of 3/1/24:…read more One thing to keep in mind which I did not know; if you ever become a client of Zofe and ever need repairs for any reason they have a minimum baseline charge of $1,500. So basically, if your repairs are not even close to that number that is what you're paying at bare minimum. My story is: Recently I had some work done at my residence and I contacted Zofe Fence to come and quote me a repair. They never came out but communicated with me very professionally on the phone and then we moved the conversation to text messaging as most places do. This repair was only needed because due to some construction changes and not on Zofe's quality of work in 10/2021. I shared with them what I needed, pictures and they immediately told me their $1,500 minimum charge on repairs. Obviously, I said no because it did not make any sense. I was disappointed but their policy is their policy so I thought it was important to share with Yelp so you can make informed decisions. I guess I will find someone else to help me repair what I need or spend sometime on YouTube learning how to fix it myself.

We wanted PVC fencing and that can be a bit expensive, especially for the amount of footage we needed. I stumbled upon First Class Fence and Rail through the Coral Springs Facebook page actually. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I joined that group. Since joining I have found some wonderful business/people to get services I needed done in my property and being satisfied with them. Makes me happy to be able to support our local businesses. As you can imagine lots of people ask about fences in the page and I always saw Rebecca answering in a very knowledgeable and detailed manner so I thought to contact her and have her come out and give me a quote. She came a couple of days later, measured (it was raining I remember) and gave us a very comprehensive estimate just a day later. We decided to hire them to do our fence. She came to have the contact signed and get the first deposit. We did it outside as per her request, keeping safe distance and wearing masks. She explained in detail the whole process. This was towards the end of July. I am not going to lie the whole process took a little longer than I was expecting. When she sat down with us to sign the contact she alluded that it normally would take about six week, but because of Covid and the whole pandemic situation, materials were very scarce and they were not able to start work until December 7th. Rebecca was great at keeping us informed every step of the way. Every couple of weeks she would send us an email or call us to update us on the situation. She was on top of it all throughout. When Work finally began I was expecting a crew but it turned out to be just one person, Allan, doing all the work. I was very impressed on how fast and professional he was. The job is impeccable! I could not be happier. I now have a beautiful fence that will last for many years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone needing a fence. First class service for sure.
