My only disappointment was regarding a rear gate that I had hoped to have added. Very impressive service and quality of work. Juan came out and was very professional and gave me a great price to have my fence removed and a new one put up. The team that put up the fence was very clean and did not leave anything behind. They also installed two gates and I was really impressed by the quality of the gates. These actually came with a steel square to reinforce the gate structure (See pictures). My last gates were simply a piece of fence on a hinged, These look like they will last a long time. What was also nice is that the fence it snug up against the neighbors fence and at the bottom because we have a little dog that like to squeeze through small areas. I met with Juan the owner of this company and went over multiple different types of fence styles that we liked. We received bids from multiple other companies but Juan seemed very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He said that he backed his fences with a full warranty for any defects and would be available to service our fence if there were any issues. We chose a black fence with fleur-de-lis finials and ball caps. Upon delivering the fence to be installed we noticed that the fleur-de-lis finials were made of plastic and not aluminum. They were made of aluminum on the gate portions but not the actual fence. The ball caps were also made of plastic. We address this with the owner and he replaced the ball caps with aluminum ones but told us that we had to take the ones with plastic. We are not happy about this at all. He promised us that this was the best way to do it. After the installation not even a couple months later we started to notice the fence post popping out. Initially we called Juan and he told us that this is because our lawn company was damaging the fence when they cut our lawn. At first we believed him but one day I was standing outside and witnessed two fence post popped out of the fence spontaneously. Upon examination I noted that the Fence posts have been duck taped to the plastic finials and were installed damaged in the first place. Now almost a year later we have had over 40 fence post pop out which needed to be fixed and replaced. The funny thing is when we call the owner of Power Fence for the warranty service he refuses to fix the fence stating that they do not service our area in Weston Florida anymore and that we are out of luck. He stated that this is not part of his warranty and has washed his hands of our project. But first he put a lien on our property to pay him a tiny balance left over which is money I had paid other companies to fix our fence because they are refusing to follow up and fix their work all within their one year warranty they claim on their website. It's false advertising, it's fraud, and a form of civil theft. I've had to figure out how to fix this fence myself because it has been getting way too expensive to have somebody else do so and the company Power Fence does not follow through with their promises or their advertised services. I do not recommend them, they seem like nice people, but they were dishonest with us about what they would do for our project by delivering half aluminum half plastic fencing and let us hanging with no alternative but to seek other companies to fix their defective products that they installed. read more

With short notice I needed to get a chain link fence. I don't remember how I found Juan at Power Fence, but I am glad I did! When I called to ask for an estimate, I had to leave a message, but the call was quickly returned by Juan. We are putting in a pool and landscaping our yard. I hadn't thought about it, but it made a lot more sense for the fence to be installed before the landscaping and I was in a bit of a rush because the landscaping was about to begin. I told Juan I was in a rush. He left me an estimate which seemed very reasonable for a black chainlink fence. A couple of days later, after getting two more quotes that were slightly higher, I called back to give my deposit. Juan knew that I was in a rush, ordered the fence immediately and was ready for quickly ready for installation. In the end I had to postpone him, because my pool contractor suggested waiting for completion of something else. Juan was extremely professional, and rescheduled me without a problem. His team came out and worked really diligently to remove an old heavy wooden fence. These guys were neat, courteous and boy, they were hard workers and didn't stop all day. They even had to cut some of the thick bamboo from my neighbor's tree that was pushing into my yard. At the end of the day, everything was left clean, without any debris at all and the old fence was hauled away. The new black chain link fence was installed beautifully, very level and secure. Once the guys were finished with the installation they called me out to see and I was disappointed because on one of the two sides we were fencing the fence did not reach all the way to the ground. The top level of the fence however was perfectly level and straight, and that is the part most people see. It was however important to me to have fence touching the ground everywhere so I could make sure that my dog's couldn't escape. The workers called Juan to explain the situation, and together I relayed the problem. Juan told them to adjust the fence to how I wanted it, he explained why they did it the way they did (basically because their way looks nicer!) and within less than 30 more minutes all was done exactly the way I wanted it to be. Professional, timely, VERY fairly priced and great end product - what more could you ask for! I highly recommend Power Fence and Juan for fencing needs - no complaints what soever.
