We are nearing a year since the kitchen was installed and "finished" and some pieces have not been installed (under cabinet light rail and soft close mechanism for one cabinet door). Also, several doors and drawers need adjustment and/repair, which was supposed to take place when the light rail was installed. Bottom line: withhold some payment until you are completely satisfied and all work is complete. I did not. Also, we used a GC brought to the table by this company who I can not recommend. He was clueless most of time and definitely sub-par. This GC brought an electrician to the job who was nice and reasonable but left with one of the lights only working intermittently and now won't take my calls since he too was paid.

Lauderdale and since I leave in the Washington DC area, I had a limited amount of time to get things done. Alonso came highly recommended from the next door neighbor; feedback was great, but I was still uncomfortable, since I had met the neighbor only once. Alonso and I spoke over the phone and we hit it off from the start. The guy was undoubtedly knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. We met a few weeks later and planned the remodel. First thing I've notice he really listened to me and my lovely and picky wife. We've made a list of tasks, paid a deposit and flew back home, feeling very confident.
