They have completed two projects for us; one was ripping out huge live oak tree roots so they could redo our driveway pavers and the other was installing new pavers for a backyard patio. I would highly recommend Paver Clinic. They did excellent work reinstalling pavers in my patio. They arrived the day and time promised and were very professional. They cleaned everything before the left the grounds. I had called Jose several months later to ask them to come back to power wash , sand and seal my pavers. Again they came the day and time promised. Very professional and diligent in their work. No evidence that anyone had been working in my yard all day as it was left very clean. There was a slight problem several days later as some sand was stuck in the sealant on top of about 30 pavers. I texted Jose, he didn't avoid me rather came to my home personally to look at the pavers and told me how he would rectify the problem. He sent an installer within a week to resolve the issue. The installer was meticulous and did a wonderful job. My pavers look beautiful! I so appreciate hiring a company that is courteous, professional and reliable. It is refreshing to have workers come when they are promised , on time and very skilled at their job. It was equally wonderful to deal directly with Jose, who could not be more accommodating and professional. It is obviously important to him too that the job is well done. Paver Clinic was finally contracted to repair my driveway, after two unsuccessful attempts by two different paver repairers. The project required removing and replacing interlocking pavers in my driveway that had been uprooted due to installation of underground cables. When the owner of Paver Clinic (Marcelo Bolognese) came to my home, he was very professional and polite. He explained what needed to be done and when the job would be completed. Marcelo kept his word. He did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond what the job required. The finished driveway gave my home a more elegant curb-side appeal. We used The Paver Clinic to repair the stairs leading to our dock (they collapsed) and a few other repairs and paver restoration on our driveway and patio.
