They told us Shane from Real Landscaping. We contacted him. He came and walked the property with my wife and discussed all the different plants. They wrote up a plan and initiated it and then he went to work. He is very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the plants. Very collaborative. Very accessible. We have received many compliments from our neighbors how nicely the place turned out. We could not be happier with our decision. Thank you, Real Landscaping! Hallie and Jim

I originally hired Victor of Nocera Landscaping in Boynton Beach in mid-April and we spoke about my…read moreproject In Seagate. I did my due-diligence and even though his website showed outdated projects he assured me he would be able to accommodate our budget and desires curb appeal/requirements. I asked him for a drawing. He said he was working on it. Several weeks went by as I asked him at least 5 separate times for a drawing. I finally said 5 weeks is way too long to wait and he assured me again he had it. We met to go over it (he said it was completed) and he supposedly forgot it at home. Then he came the next day with a blank pad of paper. He never did it. I called him out on the several unnecessary lies...he apologized and said there was no excuse. At that point I brought to his attention 14 apologies...being late, just showing up at my home unannounced asking for $$, being late every tome we met...I should have fired him at that point, that's on me. I have him a second chance. At that point in good faith I did pay 2 invoices for work already done and we started over. He then by accident tore up part of my driveway and broke the pool coping subsequently stalling our project by over 6 weeks. When he finally got me an estimate it was only for the grass in the backyard. He said the job was for 5200 sq. Ft and was $4600 plus $2000 to install. I immediately had it double and triple measured it and it was ONLY 2700 feet. I immediately fired him and a day later he asked me to pay him the $240 balance I owed for work completed. I declined. Hhe was simply sub-contracting everything and charging me DOUBLE the cost. This is not I industry standard. Plus- he just tried to scam me out of $3,000. This caused Me to go back and look at the 2 invoices I paid. I saw that each line item that was contracted out was actually doubled. He was charging a 100% up charge on each item. I spoke to many of the contractors he used and they all charge half or less what he was charging me. One fee was a dump fee for $800 for shrubbery. I asked him for some receipts- He declined to provide them to me. Supposedly he is religious man who is a recovering alcoholic. I have no problem with either of those things until you steal from my family. Beware of Victor and Nocera Landscape. He paints a very believable picture but underneath he is either ignorant or a thief. Either is unacceptable and people should beware of this company before hiring him. His work is sub-par and his fees are astronomical. Attached is his receipt for work done without ever giving an estimate- and a copy of a text when I over and over asked for a copy of a receipt from a company to verify a charge.

We would never recommend this company to anyone. This has been one of the worst experiences I have…read moreever had with a contractor. Less than eight months after completing my kitchen project, the sub par work is already falling apart. One of the drawers completely came off the track because improper screws were used, and the tile work they performed is not high quality. The paint job was done by non qualified subcontractors. We actually had to hire another painting company to completely redo their work because the quality was so bad. The entire project took far longer than promised. Workers constantly showed up late, worked only a couple of hours, and then left. The only thing this company stayed consistent with was asking for money. Alex, the owner, was extremely disrespectful, dishonest, and very difficult to deal with throughout the entire process. Communication was awful, promises were not kept, and the quality of work does not match the amount of money paid. Now I'm left having to redo work that should have been done correctly the first time. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration and do not do business with this company.

Perfection Kitchen and Bath should be named "Imperfection Kitchen and Bath"…read more I completed a total renovation for the Primary bathroom and had new tile and a new vanity done in my Powder Room. Both vanities were made the wrong size. The one in the Primary bathroom was 5 inches too large even though the wall was measured several times. It had to be cut down and it is still one inch larger than the wall is. The one in the Powder room was made too small and the owner Alex refused to make a new one the correct size. Instead a filler piece of wood was mounted onto it. If you are a woman alone, definitely stay away from this company. I was talked down to by both the owner Alex who once told me to "mind my own business" and by workers who walked into my home and told me "I'm not going to paint your closet door, I'm only going to clean it because I'm not being paid to do this job" and "I'm not going to regrout the Primary bath (after they had dirtied it because they didn't cover the new tile floor and grout when installing the oversized vanity which they then cut on top of the new tile and grout without covering it with paper to protect it) I'm only going to clean it". I was told the job would take 45 days and it took 91 days not including the day they had to come back to redo what they should have done in the first place. The week before Christmas, the week of Christmas and the week of New Years no one showed up to work. There was another week within my 91 days that no one showed up as well. When the workers did show up, they had an attitude that they were doing you a favor. My house was left filthy. Do yourself a favor, get a contractor and go buy your tile, lighting, vanities, hardware and shower equipment at Todel in Gulfstream in Hallandale Beach. Beautiful store!
