The owner himself came out initially rather than a salesperson. Phil is a great guy, someone you want to do business with. Save yourself some money and get the job done right. I was impressed with the selection of quality turf material he offered me. I went with a two tone green with some realistic looking brownish thatch at the bottom. The finished look is a great improvement to my backyard pool area. I'm very picky and somewhat of a perfectionist. The sub-base they installed was flat with no humps and graded perfectly. It was amazing how they went right up to my existing curved landscape edging flawlessly. The seams were minimized and virtually invisible. The over 400 square foot job was completed in one day with his crew of talented installers. I am extremely happy with the pet turf he installed. My dog loves his new play area. JP and his team were all very respectful and clean with our entire property, not just where the turf was being installed. Always arriving early and cleaning up each evening before leaving. JP was also very responsive whenever we had any questions. Every little nook and cranny (even the spacing between and up to the fence boards surrounding our yard) now has turf over it. They truly went above and beyond making sure it was all installed properly and safe for our family. All 3 quotes were very comparable so the deciding factor was the number of good reviews and Smart Synthetic Turf only had 1 so I chose another company. But to my surprise, the company I hired outsourced the work to Catalin which was awkward for me because I did not hire Smart Synthetic Turf but he was very professional nonetheless and didn't show any hard feelings. Yes, the other company has a great online presence with a ton of great reviews but they seem to outsource their work. If the competitors outsource their work to Catalin and Smart Synthetic Turf then why not just hire Catalin directly and cut out the middleman. I'm very happy with Catalin's installation, which was completed just 2 days before Hurricane Irma, and the turf held up perfectly. There was no signs of any damage or faltering following the storm. I was impressed. Note: I'm not giving the company I hired a review because I was disappointed that they outsourced their work and are more of a brokerage. Catalin and his team did the installation and they deserve the good review, even though I didn't hire his company.

Evergreen Tech installed our new artificial turf about 10 months ago. The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work. A companies integrity should carry through the entire customer experience. From the initial installation to supporting and maintaining the project.
