Evergreen Tech installed our new artificial turf about 10 months ago. The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work. A companies integrity should carry through the entire customer experience. From the initial installation to supporting and maintaining the project.

I spoke with Martina and we decided to schedule a meeting at the house. We agreed on a Wednesday but she did say she'd call me in the beginning of the week if she couldn't make it on Wednesday. She didn't call or cancel in the beginning of the week so I assumed Wednesday was still on schedule. Wednesday arrived and I called to verify the meeting time... She didn't answer the phone; understandably since people get busy but unfortunately she never returned my voicemail I left her (I even said I can still be available Friday or even Saturday if she wasn't free).... I still needed a landscaper so I followed up 3 WEEKS LATER and she actually said, "oh, I just got your message and was about to call"... For whatever reason, she was nice enough and apologetic so I set up to meet the next day. My wife and I met with Martina... she was nice/polite but I felt like she was not hearing my ideas or what I wanted; we did manage to share some design elements that I was good with and confident that she would provide a design that would work; she promised we'd have a quote within the next 10 days. 10 days came and went... and, at the end of the day, none of this mattered since Jaguar never provided a quote...

The majority of the dates agreed upon for the fix were always delayed without proactive notice from Jack. Most recently one of the lights stopped working. Jack knowingly sent a replacement light that was completely different. It's smaller and shorter than the other lights and the bulb is yellow not white. Jack offered a resolution and we agreed on a date and just like my past experiences the resolution and date will not be met. In the spirit of a full review, the lights look good but I am disappointed to already have an issue in less than 7 months from installation. The turf was installed with the seams facing two different directions. Jack did install a replacement piece with the seams facing the right way. However, there are still two additional pieces with the seams showing but I have chosen to accept that even though I shouldn't. The main reason I got turf installed and explained this to Jack was so my child could enjoy it and the turf installed gets so hot during the day that no one can stand on it. The concrete used to install the travertine has concrete left exposed and has never been fixed. Jack was very responsive when I first contacted him and seemed knowledgeable which is why I chose him over other companies. I wish I could say that I got the experience I expected for a job that cost me a little over 9k but unfortunately I have not. The amount of time I have had to spend sending pictures, videos, emails and follow up calls is unacceptable. I thought to write a review multiple times but always gave the benefit of the doubt but now with another issue and another experience of Jack not following thru on his word I felt I had to write review and let people know about my experience. Update: As of today, the resolution discussed a month ago has not been completed. In addition to that I have not received an answer to my calls, texts or emails.
