I am giving Sanctuary Gardens one star only because zero stars is not an option…read more Sanctuary Gardens designed and installed landscaping around my pool and hardscape area. We did not request the specific plant species or placement. We relied on Sanctuary Gardens as the landscape professionals to select appropriate plants and locations. They selected and installed large bird of paradise plants extremely close to my pool deck, pavers, coping, lighting, and related hardscape. The plants were installed only approximately 17 months ago, and the problems began approximately 13 months after installation. These are not root issues that developed over many years. The roots lifted and distorted pavers, created uneven walking surfaces and potential trip hazards, and became entangled with my landscape-lighting wiring. I am also concerned about potential future damage to pool-related plumbing, electrical components, coping, and below-grade infrastructure. I made repeated efforts to have Sanctuary Gardens address the problem, including warranty-related requests, insurance-related communications, and formal communications through legal counsel under Florida's Chapter 558 construction defect process. In my experience, Sanctuary Gardens has ignored the communications, denied responsibility, failed to resolve the issue, and failed to provide requested information through the formal process. They seem to have an excuse for why every issue is supposedly not covered. Based on my experience, I would NEVER recommend Sanctuary Gardens. Homeowners should proceed with extreme caution, especially for landscaping near pools, pavers, coping, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, or hardscape.

Evergreen Tech installed our new artificial turf about 10 months ago. The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work. A companies integrity should carry through the entire customer experience. From the initial installation to supporting and maintaining the project.

Every time I pull in, I'm reminded of what a mistake this was. The concrete is rough and uneven, the edges are chipped, there are cracks, epoxy stains, and the decorative stones look messy, uneven, sticking up and already chipping out. This is supposed to be a brand new driveway, not one that's years old and falling apart. And to make things worse, during the job they broke the sprinkler pipes under my original driveway. They tried to repair them, but never finished and never came back. So I had to hire another contractor at my own expense just to fix their damage. I trusted this company to do quality work, and instead I was left with a sloppy driveway, extra expenses, and a lot of stress. For the money we paid, this is simply unacceptable.

If you ever wanted to have a pristine, upscale, polished look on your property - and ya don't wanna do the work to get that - this is your answer. We have a garden in our backyard. We got rid of the grass and planted perennial peanut ground cover a few years ago. Everything was going great until the weeds started to come through the ground cover. Something came up that my body was allergic to and I got red welts like I never saw before. I saw a dermatologist because it was so bad and he just told me that it was a contact dermatitis and gave me generic cream. So I couldn't weed anymore and my husband wound up weeding all the time. That was not the way we wanted to live. So, we selected a very life-like turf that has holes in the bottom and silica (sand) under and on top of the turf. And the compliment to the product (that has a 15 year warranty) is the FANTASTIC way the installers did their job (that has a 2 year warranty - Hi Lazaro & crew!!!!!!). They put turf around pipes and the curves of the raised beds! Wow - we just LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys. Yvette, our salesperson knew her stuff and had a wealth of samples - which helped us make a selection and buy the turf quickly, with confidence about our choice. Yvette knew her stuff without having to check brochures or make phone calls. She just helped us feel great about our purchase. Vanessa, the Assistant Project Manager, emailed and called me to keep me in the know. I wish every company worked so smoothly. In ONE DAY we went from a weedy backyard to a freaken beautiful space. Of course our dog thinks its too nice to use - she's enjoying our pavers as her bathroom, which will stop via leashed walks in our backyard! (NOTE: It took our pug only 1 day to go on the turf - unleashed!) Freaken beautiful space. Look at the pics and you tell me. Those plumeria trees that we grew from seed have breathing room.
