Half didn't return my call, and of those who did, BJ's Landscaping and Tree Service was one of the first to follow up and the very first to come out for an estimate, within just a day or two. They also gave me the most reasonable price. BJ and his team showed up on time and worked diligently and tirelessly until the job was done. The tree was in a very tricky spot, close to windows, a fence, my A/C unit, and a neighbor's house, but they worked carefully and didn't damage anything. While they were there, I asked if they could also top and trim a monster hedge that had gotten too tall for me to manage, and they graciously took care of that too. Everything looked great when they were finished, and they cleaned up thoroughly. Throughout everything, BJ was courteous, professional, and responsive, and kept me updated on the progress.
