I had to resort to manually turn on and off the sprinkler system / not what I purchased and paid $900 for installation, the manufacturer was not user friendly. I have a fairly large irrigation system with 6 zones and about 60 heads which needed some TLC to return to good working order. I called Joe's and was impressed by their willingness to come out immediately and help. They showed up on-time, very respectful and were wearing face masks despite the heat. Joe's took the time to explain everything upfront and only recommend repairs that were needed. They only replaced the heads that needed it and repaired others to save me money. We switched our system from old style Intermatic timer to an internet/app setup with Orbit B-hyve, and Joe's did a great job. We have 4 zones, and it took them about 4 hours, and everything works perfectly. I can turn on the sprinkler from my app or put it on rain delay whenever needed. The system works as promised. Joe Jr. worked for me for about a year. His attitude was not very friendly. Work quality was ok, one month he didn't get paid on time so he skipped his check up of the sprinklers leading to major problem for the grass. I feel he should find a different line of work because the compensation in lawn irrigation doesn't excite him much. Typical south Florida attitude where the contract labor is doing you a favor when they are working for you. read more

I had my whole property irrigation system restructured with opportunities for future variance with sprinklers turning into water play areas for the kids, Sorel, their point of contact and lead man, was not only able to understand my style of thinking, but was able to offer valuable advice in order to optimize the vision I had for the back yard (which included raised garden beds with sprinklers placed inside the beds, a water play area for the kids, among others). I originally found Joe's Sprinklers on Angie's List last week when my lawn service noticed that my sprinklers weren't working and the grass and plantings were dry and gasping for water. Cyril came out the next day and quickly discovered that the fix was embarrassingly simple -- someone else had turned off the pump! In hindsight, I'm happy that it happened because I mentioned to Cyril I have wanted to get irrigation run under the sidewalk and out to the sandy swale of weeds in front of my house. It was a pesky project that it seemed no one else wanted. Cyril quoted me what seemed a very reasonable price and then they did the work a few days later. They also added topsoil and sod on the swale. Joe's Sprinkers is the real deal and I cannot recommend them highly enough. As others have stated, they are conscientious, honest and are just a pleasure to deal with. I'm so glad to have found them -- the next project will be having them install a Rachio smart irrigation controller that I've just ordered on Amazon. read more
