He stopped mowing mid-way through the month and when asked when he'd be back he refused to return and complete the monthly service that we paid for in full. Now I'm left with an overgrown lawn trying to find someone else to mow. Do not trust this business and certainly do not pay in advance for service unless you plan on getting ripped off.

Evergreen Tech installed our new artificial turf about 10 months ago. The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work. A companies integrity should carry through the entire customer experience. From the initial installation to supporting and maintaining the project.

Rainmaker solved the problem and made some recommendations about getting a well I wish I had followed. The work was completed on time and a detailed account of the services were provided. If you want your sprinklers installed correctly, go with this guy. If you want difficult problems solved, go with this guy. If you need suggestions on how to improve your irrigation system, go with this guy.

I should start out by saying shame on me for not posting this review earlier it slipped my mind!…read more Keith and his wife came out to repair and replace the sprinkler "timer box" that you use to set when the sprinklers go off in the lawn (box damaged by hurricane Irma in November 2017 so that should give you a rough estimate as to when they came ;) ) ... several months later in August 2018 sprinkler and timer box are still working great and going by my experience with Keith and his wife I am confident they will continue to work well for many years to come :) ... had a very pleasant conversation with Keith on the phone and found him fun to talk to - when he and his wife showed up in person (which was very quickly and promptly after I contacted him) found them both to be very professional, polite and thorough.. highly recommended! As far as the other review saying he was saying racist things to the customer's neighbors... that had me scratching my head in puzzlement to the point where I wondered if the customer who left this review was confused and perhaps left it for the wrong company? (this has been known to happen on yelp). Juan's Team came in the next morning and worked tirelessly for two days trimming all the trees, bushes, hedges, weeding the planter areas, pulling weeds in the Artificial Turf, planting flowers , installing mulch, trimming back the bamboo and topping it off at 10 feet as well as Podocarpus. We had a huge mango tree in the back where they trimmed all the small branches so it wasn't dropping mango bombs onto our house and patio, and then they sprayed for weeds on the entire driveway and back patio. Their attention to detail was over the top and we have engaged them in a weekly lawn care contract moving forward! They will exceed your expectation and their team members are the hardest workers you'll come by. Highly recommended!!!!!
