This work determined that I wasn't getting enough water pressure from the city water supply. My system isnt work as well as it should, but its not the system, its the water supply. He could have easily replaced more sprinkler heads, un needed parts for the control valves and other stuff but he was honest and upfront and charged me $50 for over an hour of work. He's a good honest guy and he will be coming back should I need any more work on my system.

I had a new driveway installed last year. For an extra fee, the contractor included Sprinklers in a job. The contract included, ensuring the pipes going across underneath the driveway would be in good shape and working order and that the sprinkler system in the zones affected by the new driveway would be at their baseline level of functioning. Obviously the driveway company subcontracted to somebody who worked for a large company during the day and tried to do his side work at night. The guy came out three times last year and each time left before speaking to me and explaining what he had done. The bottom line is the sprinklers were not working properly and I lost my front lawn. The driveway company did not complete the contract and ignored all of my requests. After scheduling appointments with three independence sprinkler companies, two came out, and the third one was a no call no show. The first one that came out asked me to reimburse him the $45 that he paid to advertise on Angie's list. The second guy came out, spent over an hour going through the system told me he would email a proposal to me and never did. Xavier was referred to me by my pest control company. Xavier came out evaluated my system and was able to give me a reasonable proposal. I accepted the proposal which included funds for worst case scenario. Xavier came out today and recognized that this was not a worst case scenario situation And fixed the broken pipes that should've been fixed by the driveway company. He tested the system completely and then checked for coverage so that we could add heads where we needed them. Xavier significantly reduced his bill. This man is honest, kind, and knowledgeable. He's a gentle giant, and I will definitely be signing a maintenance contract with him so that my system will always be kept in good working order. I hired them to repair my old and outdated system and they did such a great job. One more project I have for them to do in the very near future is the landscape lighting for all the trees and bushes around the yard. I own a Mosquito Magician which is attached to my irrigation system installed by a different vendor. That vendor never responded to my request for service so I was forced to contact the manufacture of Mosquito Magician. They recommended F & S Enterprises for troubleshooting of the equipment locally. Dan from F&S ended up calling me next day first thing in the morning. We spoke briefly about my situation and he had a couple ideas of what the issue was. They scheduled me to come check today 2/24/23 at 8 AM. They arrived before time and on-time, in professional uniform, gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. He troubleshot the Mosquito Magician and as he expected it was the opening of the irrigation valve that was causing my issue. They found the issue, adjusted and all works fantastic. Very straight forward with fee, no hidden costs, no trying to up-sale any products. Definitely recommend for service since I only used them for service.
