Disappointed with the overall experience. I had turf, travertine and outside lights installed. The job didn't start on the date agreed upon and needed multiple visits back to fix issues that I identified. The majority of the dates agreed upon for the fix were always delayed without proactive notice from Jack. Most recently one of the lights stopped working. Jack knowingly sent a replacement light that was completely different. It's smaller and shorter than the other lights and the bulb is yellow not white. Jack offered a resolution and we agreed on a date and just like my past experiences the resolution and date will not be met. In the spirit of a full review, the lights look good but I am disappointed to already have an issue in less than 7 months from installation. The turf was installed with the seams facing two different directions. Jack did install a replacement piece with the seams facing the right way. However, there are still two additional pieces with the seams showing but I have chosen to accept that even though I shouldn't. The main reason I got turf installed and explained this to Jack was so my child could enjoy it and the turf installed gets so hot during the day that no one can stand on it. The concrete used to install the travertine has concrete left exposed and has never been fixed. Jack was very responsive when I first contacted him and seemed knowledgeable which is why I chose him over other companies. I wish I could say that I got the experience I expected for a job that cost me a little over 9k but unfortunately I have not. The amount of time I have had to spend sending pictures, videos, emails and follow up calls is unacceptable. I thought to write a review multiple times but always gave the benefit of the doubt but now with another issue and another experience of Jack not following thru on his word I felt I had to write review and let people know about my experience. Update: As of today, the resolution discussed a month ago has not been completed. In addition to that I have not received an answer to my calls, texts or emails. read more

Wow. Spent thousands of dollars on a multiphase yard transformation. Jack only showed up when it was time for scheduled payments, otherwise it was workers being dropped off. Poorly supervised and many revisions had to be made because of it. In the end he abandoned the job. We have contracted him for multiple pergolas, paths, a water feature, etc. and in the end all of them were left LITERALLY half finished with pipes and structures half built. His excuse was he didn't have workers to finish the jobs because they were out of country. We had already paid him in cash (our mistake) for 3/4 of the agreed price and he left the job in shambles and refused to give any money back. He promptly stopped taking our calls after he let us know he was abandoning the job. We only ever heard from jack after we left a bad review on Google, and he called to curse us out. So - zero star for professionalism on any front. I'm shocked there are good reviews, as his own workers told us this is jacks MO and he does this same scam on many clients. read more

I was able to make a few changes throughout the process with ease. I didn't want the common traditional plants and hedges that most people choose. Jack was able to completely understand my vision and helped design a custom privacy ivy fence along with a stunning water feature. My lanai now feels like a private oasis. I contracted Jack in mid 2017. We had agreed upon work for front and backyard lighting plus overall work around landscaping. There were couple of hipcups around scheduling the appointment but that is not what I am writing about. It has been the several months and I don't have my backyard lighting working even after full payment and several email exchanges where Jack promised to come and look at it. In spirit of factual review - the work done by Jack is good but I am just so disappointed that he left work incomplete and even after several phone calls and emails the backyard light was never fixed. read more

I hired jack to do multiple jobs. He started them then disappeared and his excuse was always that he was busy. Once he finally completed all the work after MONTHS!!! All 4 were an issue, the outdoor kitchen has a grill that burns everything, he blames the manufacturer and said after about 6 months he would just come out of pocket for it, for 6 weeks should be there any day, now he won't respond. The fire pit took forever, the paint didn't match, and the burying of the tank is awful, the landscaping is shotty at best, and about half of the lights which were guaranteed for ten years no longer work after 6 months, and half the cables aren't even buried. The job was paid in full, and now he will not respond to calls, text, or emails. Total scam artist!!! Do not work with him!!! read more

All I can say is WOW!! Jack and his team did such an incredible job with our yard. We had white fly and the outside of our home was in pretty bad shape. He was able to transform it into an oasis! He was prompt and able to give us a clear proposal that we loved. The whole crew was so nice and did excellent work. This will be the only company I will use for landscaping!! Jack and his team are the absolute best and we are so lucky to have found him. We have been burned time and time again with landscapers so finding Jack was a relief. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed and the budget we were trying to work with, and gave us a detailed plan of what he was going to do. His team that worked on our home were extremely nice, worked very hard (in the Florida August sun) and finished our job in such a timely manner.
