I did a tremendous amount of research before deciding upon this company to work with. I have to tell you that from the very very beginning they under promised and over delivered! I decided to change all those ugly yellow light bulbs in my home and replace them with beautiful soft white light from LED bulbs. I can tell you, it absolutely altered and changed the aesthetics of my complete home in a very profound way. But the best part of the experience was dealing with Anderson and Steve and especially Jamal. I mean it's one thing when you allow people into your home, in fact I have a sign outside of my door that says, "please take responsibility for the energy you bring into the space." And what I mean by that, is my home is my sanctuary so I'm very particular about which companies are allowed to come in. To do work. But from the beginning they arrived impeccable. They put a protective coverings on their shoes, they were very conscientious of my beautiful dog Asher who fell in love with them by the way! They took so much time to go through and explain everything to me. To give me so many different options. And how many times does a job end up being less money and not more money at the end! They actually quoted me more than the job actually cost in the end. And they came in several times to do a few follow-ups and didn't even charge me. I have to say that blew me away. But the reasoning behind it is very understandable, Anderson is committed to making sure that the customer is completely satisfied and happy. Furthermore, they realize that the greatest asset they have is to provide exceptional customer service and to wow you beyond expectation! Anderson, Steve, and Jamall, are so friendly and professional. We quickly gained great connection with each other. In fact I can honestly say they feel like friends. They were so professional and courteous. And my home oh my gosh! Rather than tell you on this testimonial review, I'll just include some pictures, their products transformed my home into a beautiful showcase! I shopped…read moreonline with my husband so by the time we walked into the store, we recognized the styles we saw on luxury design sites, etc. We were delighted by the choices so it was great to have Laura give us a tour. She left us to shop on our own when she saw we were dragging one another from fixture to fixture! We turned the corner and as soon as we saw it we knew it was THE one. The store was closing so we returned the next day, still in love with the light, and ordered it. Laura explained the details about the Austrian crystal and quality of the Tomia 'Ellie' fixture. We were so excited that we floated out of the store and returned 3 days later to pick it up. The guy at the warehouse behind the building was super nice and helped load the enormous box into the backseat. The day after we got the fixture, Marvin from My Electrical Genie installed it and we all stood back in amazement. The fixture is even more beautiful than when surrounded by all the other fixtures in the store. It is exactly what we wanted - contemporary, crystal, linear with curves and bright. Done. Beautiful Things Lighting had the most aesthetically pleasing and quality items without 'breaking the bank' or being too modern. Kathy Caldwell, our liaison at the store, was wonderful. As we discussed various items, she was able to quickly hone in on what we were looking for. Even the final price that we were able to pay was on target and in budget. After many weeks of false starts - including a terrible experience with a nationally recognized retailer - we stumbled upon LED Unlimited Lighting as a last resort. This small, family-run operation has access to lighting that many retailers don't even understand. We received service that was quick, courteous and knowledgeable. Don't let their humble offices put you off - it appears that they have opted OUT of flashy showrooms and instead have put their time and effort into great, seasoned lighting design and customer service. We'll definitely use them again, and I recommend them highly.

Hold tight! This is going to be a bumpy ride. We called Mister Sparky in February about an outside…read morepower issue. We scheduled an appointment, and they sent a salesperson for a diagnostic, not only for the issue outside but also for the entire electrical system in the house. Once the diagnosis was done, here comes the negotiator, "Well, if you want to fix the issue, we can; however, it is going to be a temporary fix because if you want to sell your house and you have this issue, it will not pass inspection, not to mention the possibility of a fire"! Of course, we went into a panic because that's the last thing we want, so we decided to go with them. They filled out all the paperwork, and we waited for permits. At this point, we had paid the first monthly payment on the loan we took for that job. Nothing is happening. Another month passed, and we paid that month, until I asked my husband to contact them to find out what happened. Well, the paperwork went through the cracks, but they were going to submit right away. Mind you, the office did not follow up with us to advise on that issue. We waited another month; this time, I asked my husband to call the city to find out whether they had, in fact, submitted the paperwork. They confirmed that the permit would be granted by the end of May. We got a call from the company saying they had availability for June 2 at 10:00 am. We agreed! On the day of the repair, they are discussing coming in at 8:00 am instead of 10:00 am. We have already made arrangements, and you decide to make changes on the day of the repair? Nope, I will not recommend this company for its phishing scare tactics targeting owners, the overpriced work, and the lack of follow-up on pending contracts. If I have a choice, I will give them minus stars.
