I did a tremendous amount of research before deciding upon this company to work with. I have to tell you that from the very very beginning they under promised and over delivered! I decided to change all those ugly yellow light bulbs in my home and replace them with beautiful soft white light from LED bulbs. I can tell you, it absolutely altered and changed the aesthetics of my complete home in a very profound way. But the best part of the experience was dealing with Anderson and Steve and especially Jamal. I mean it's one thing when you allow people into your home, in fact I have a sign outside of my door that says, "please take responsibility for the energy you bring into the space." And what I mean by that, is my home is my sanctuary so I'm very particular about which companies are allowed to come in. To do work. But from the beginning they arrived impeccable. They put a protective coverings on their shoes, they were very conscientious of my beautiful dog Asher who fell in love with them by the way! They took so much time to go through and explain everything to me. To give me so many different options. And how many times does a job end up being less money and not more money at the end! They actually quoted me more than the job actually cost in the end. And they came in several times to do a few follow-ups and didn't even charge me. I have to say that blew me away. But the reasoning behind it is very understandable, Anderson is committed to making sure that the customer is completely satisfied and happy. Furthermore, they realize that the greatest asset they have is to provide exceptional customer service and to wow you beyond expectation! Anderson, Steve, and Jamall, are so friendly and professional. We quickly gained great connection with each other. In fact I can honestly say they feel like friends. They were so professional and courteous. And my home oh my gosh! Rather than tell you on this testimonial review, I'll just include some pictures, their products transformed my home into a beautiful showcase! They came in and installed dimmer switches, worked with me to perfect the exact lighting specifications. And were constantly on time to the minute each time we made an appointment. I am so happy with them please if you need any type of lighting for your home or business or office don't take a chance with some remedial company, go with the best and go with lighting of tomorrow!

The store has a big selection of lampshades, and we quickly found the perfect pair. What a pleasure to have these family heirlooms back in service.

She left us to shop on our own when she saw we were dragging one another from fixture to fixture! We turned the corner and as soon as we saw it we knew it was THE one. The store was closing so we returned the next day, still in love with the light, and ordered it. Laura explained the details about the Austrian crystal and quality of the Tomia 'Ellie' fixture. We were so excited that we floated out of the store and returned 3 days later to pick it up. The guy at the warehouse behind the building was super nice and helped load the enormous box into the backseat. The day after we got the fixture, Marvin from My Electrical Genie installed it and we all stood back in amazement. The fixture is even more beautiful than when surrounded by all the other fixtures in the store. It is exactly what we wanted - contemporary, crystal, linear with curves and bright. Done. One store and one knowledgeable, smart and friendly salesperson equals a new fixture that lights us up!

Beautiful Things Lighting had the most aesthetically pleasing and quality items without 'breaking the bank' or being too modern. Kathy Caldwell, our liaison at the store, was wonderful. As we discussed various items, she was able to quickly hone in on what we were looking for. Even the final price that we were able to pay was on target and in budget. I recommend at least seeing what they have and speaking with a consultant.

Since they sell the best light fixtures in Miami, they also know the best installer. Brad scheduled a time, arrived a few minutes early. Used blankets on our floors. Did everything right. No mess. No problem with anything I requested! I'm extremely happy that I have a chandelier installer! Don't use anyone else. It is so important to have lights hung correctly & at the right height. Brad knew exactly what to do with everything light related. Cost was very reasonable; I was shocked at how low my bill was for all the work. Again, use these guys to hang your lights!

After many weeks of false starts - including a terrible experience with a nationally recognized retailer - we stumbled upon LED Unlimited Lighting as a last resort. We have wanted landscape lighting for a good while and I finally searched on Yelp and Google and was impressed by the reviews for Mr. Sparky. Having signed up, the team was here the very next morning to do the installation of the lighting and interior surge protection. Victor and Seth did a great job on the installation, left everything in perfect order, and were finished by early afternoon! The level of customer service and satisfaction far exceeded my expectations. While I understand professional services come with labor and operating costs, I was surprised by how expensive such a simple task became. The amount charged seemed disproportionate to the time and work involved, and I do not feel it represented good value. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of a clear way to contact a supervisor or manager. I could not find an email address or other contact information to escalate my concerns, leaving me with no straightforward way to discuss the issue. After I posted a Google review about my experience, Francis contacted me--not to address my concerns about the service or pricing, but to complain about the review itself. During that call, I asked him for a receipt because one had never been provided after the service was completed. A receipt was not sent until I followed up again by text message to request it a second time. Even then, the receipt I received was vague and did not clearly explain the work performed or justify the $425.25 charged to add a cap to a light fixture. I believed your company to be professional and customer-focused, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could review my invoice, provide a detailed explanation of the charges, and explain why it was so difficult to obtain a proper receipt and speak with someone in a supervisory role. If appropriate, I would also appreciate your consideration of an adjustment to the bill. I look forward to your response and hope we can resolve this matter promptly. Sincerely, Irene S.
