They truly made the ideas in my head come to fruition. The wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor wardrobe they designed for our small Miami Beach apartment, opened a whole new world when it came to space-saving and just adding class to our room. My entire family absolutely adores the extra space that they have for their personal effects. I am amazed at the spaciousness of the drawers that allows me (and our girls) to keep them organized, not having stuff everywhere. Roger was truly amazing throughout the entire process (even after full-payment). Never once did I have an issue getting ahold of him. He did everything he said he would do, and when I would call him with a new idea, he would implement it without complaint. Roger truly goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is satisfied and the work is absolutely perfect! In fact, there was an issue with the floor not being laid properly which created a big headache in getting the wardrobe to line up straight. Roger and his crew had to spend additional days and money to make sure it all looked perfect to their standards at no extra charge to us. I became clear that based on the scope and dimensions of what I wanted to do that it would need to be a custom build. I started asking around on the neighborhood Nextdoor website looking for recommendations for a custom cabinet builder in my area. While there were a variety of responses there were several folks who referred me to "Mark's Custom Woodwork". One of them sent me a link to his website and after looking it over I sent Mark an email explaining what I was looking. Mark got back to me and we set up a time for him to come by for a walkthrough of the space so he could take some measurements. Mark's estimate was reasonable, and I agreed to move ahead. I knew going in that he already had a lot on his plate, but I was happy to wait the extra month or so before he could go into production. During the process he and I shared several emails going over the design and I found Mark very easy to work with. Once the cabinets and components were completed and finished, we scheduled an install date. It took two (2) days to complete the install and I am very happy with the finished product. The install was clean, and Mark's workmanship is excellent. If you are looking to have any custom work done, I would highly recommend Mark. The whole experience was very smooth and I would have no problem using him again.

The details: I contacted Morantz Custom Cabinetry initially for an estimate on the designs I had put together for a new kitchen. The company worked with me to solidify my designs and showed me the options I would have available in my price point. Ultimately it came down between Morantz Custom Cabinetry and a very different option that would have me putting my cabinets together myself. I was on a very tight budget by the time I had to make my decision for cabinets on this project and chose to go with what is often called an RTA, ready to assemble, Chinese made cabinetry from a lower cost, lower quality company. My kitchen is finally done and admittedly, I had significant challenges in putting together my cheaper ready to assemble cabinets. If I were to make the choice again I believe I would choose working Tzvi at Morantz Custom Cabinetry because of his professionalism, skill and integrity. Although I love the look of the cabinets I did install, having a professional design, construct and install the cabinets would've been worth the money and going with what was my second choice in style.
