While the actual wall moulding installation was great and the final result looks fantastic, my…read moreexperience with this company was incredibly frustrating due to their poor work ethic and lack of communication. They were always late to appointments and slow to respond to messages. When it came to design, they didn't offer any creative options or suggestions, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, they took on another job midway through mine, which meant they were going to take way too long to finish my project. When I expressed my frustration about the delays, the owner told me he didn't want to work with me anymore. Additionally, he showed up without the proper tools for the job and even had the audacity to ask me for my personal makeup brushes to complete the work! If you can handle terrible communication, frequent delays, a lack of creative input, and the risk of being dropped as a client, the work itself is solid--but for me, the hassle wasn't worth it. Would not recommend unless you're prepared for a lot of frustration.

We are nearing a year since the kitchen was installed and "finished" and some pieces have not been installed (under cabinet light rail and soft close mechanism for one cabinet door). Also, several doors and drawers need adjustment and/repair, which was supposed to take place when the light rail was installed. Bottom line: withhold some payment until you are completely satisfied and all work is complete. I did not. Also, we used a GC brought to the table by this company who I can not recommend. He was clueless most of time and definitely sub-par. This GC brought an electrician to the job who was nice and reasonable but left with one of the lights only working intermittently and now won't take my calls since he too was paid.

They gave me an appointment with the templetor who never show up the first day. He finally came the next day. I gave him all the information of the design with pictures, he never reported them to the office. After over a month of negotiation about the price and the sqft he gave me a delivery date in October 14th. I confirmed 2 days before everything was ok. Robert told me I need to change everything because my slab was not big enough. They couldn't do the backsplash. The first template was 69sqft, I didn't change anything. Now he announced me the total was 94sqft because of the edge I picked. It didn't make any sense. I accepted the remove the backsplash in order to make it fit but I requested to have the leftover slab. They finally installed the island and countertop. They forgot to cut the cooktop. It was of the plan since day 1. They did a crack on the countertop. I requested bullnose edges only on the island, but they didn't respect the design and they did it even on the countertop. The edges are poorly done. They are not smooth at all. I'm so disappointed. It look old and ugly. It was a beautiful slab, solid rock, they just ruined it. Almost 2 months to get this kind of job, it's a shame. Of course I never got the leftover of my slab.

I hired Eduardo to complete installation work for my company on multiple projects. Unfortunately,…read morethe quality of his workmanship did not meet the standards that my company expects. Several issues were left unfinished or poorly executed, including exposed screws and wires, visible seams, wall panels coming loose, an inaccurate TV cutout on one of the panels, and a top floating shelf that was not installed level. These details were noticed by my customers, who expressed their dissatisfaction and requested that the work be redone. I gave Eduardo the opportunity to return and correct these issues, but he ultimately chose not to complete the necessary repairs. To protect my company's reputation and satisfy my customers, I had to hire another crew at my own expense to fix and complete the work. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Eduardo for finish carpentry or custom panel installation.
