As soon as Brian walked in, he diagnosed the issue in about five minutes, it turned out the problem was actually FPL's fault and the meter needed to be changed. Brian clearly explained what was going on and confirmed that nothing in my house was causing the issue. He was professional, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. To my surprise, he wouldn't even charge me for diagnosing the problem. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. This company is honest, quick, and truly looks out for the customer. On the day of the appointment the guys were a no show. My wife called up and got a hold of someone who had no idea about the appointment and in general sounded very confused about the schedule. He said he'd call us back with an update but never got back to us. We called one more time and got the voicemail again. At that point I just gave up. One star for Perfect Electric. Not reliable and not responsive. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
