We used Dun Rite from 2018 to 2026, over the years the communication has really suffered, they are difficult to get a hold of and rare to respond to issues. When they do finally come out to check the pool, they never follow up on the issue. They also did not install our heater correctly, per our new company the warranty would have been voided due to improper installation. I also asked for the anchors that were included with the purchase of the unit and they failed to respond. I will include a photo of our pool 4 days after they last "treated/cleaned" it. read more

The absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. Not only did they not keep the pool clean when we had them change the pool heater they installed it in such a way that it shorted out and we lost power to the whole house. The owners are great and the cleaners are on top of their game. Always making sure you're happy with the service you are paying for. They provide detailed information on the service with water test results and a photo showing the pool was cleaned. The owners of this company are fantastic people. They've been EXTREMELY helpful throughout the entire process of having to maintain my pool. We've met several of their techs, all extremely polite and clean. And most importantly thorough. JENNIFER called me and berated me because the pool was green and not blue as it had been eight days prior when I called to set up service. I sent a photo of the pool that day. The pool looked great so I scheduled service for the following week. Eight days later the pool was green. I called to ask when the tech. would be out as the pool was green. I was told he was to be there shortly. After the tech. was there Jennifer called me and berated me saying the pool did not look like it did the week before. Well, as I am not in the pool business and she is, I think it should have been her responsibility to inquire when the pool was previously serviced and make recommendations. She also informed me the tech. took the pins out of the timer and the pool would be running for four days. She said the pool needed to run that long to clear the water. She also said there was a leak at the pump that I was unaware of as I had just had the pool acid washed and replaced the filter and the light. I called the owner of Lakeview Pools Corp. who kindly went to the pool and immediately did the repair to the pump and put the pins back into the timer and advised me that it was beyond excessive to run the pool pump for four days continuously. read more
