They brought all the necessary tools to efficiently place the spa in our lanai as we wanted it and were helpful with any questions that we had. After delivery, South East Spas called to ensure everything was satisfactory and they offered a contact for any questions we might have. I did contact them a day for two later via email with a question and they called me back within minutes. The spa is wonderful and the personal support is outstanding. After MONTHS of phone calls and emails with both South East Spas, who NEVER returned a call and took months to send out a serviceman to inspect the spa, and with MasterSpa, we discovered the plywood on each corner of the spa was not removed prior to installation. Our spa is sitting 1/4" above the concrete foundation all the way around, which we did not know and could not see until we removed the plastic skirting a few months ago to take additional photos for MasterSpa. Both Southeast Spas and MasterSpas are refusing to either repair or replace the spa. We have a damaged spa with many cracks because they didn't remove the plywood packaging on the corners before installation . Horrible customer service. They also did not install our heater correctly, per our new company the warranty would have been voided due to improper installation.
