And the fact that she came to see the pool and meet me showed that she really cares about what she does. I was actually surprised that most companies quote without even seeing the pool! She is professional, knowledgeable, smart and kind. She issues a report the same day she services the pool, which is very thorough. I never even got a report from the other companies I used! It is such a relief to find a company you can trust!

They took care of that and the above ground spa for a great price, a very competitive price. Then when our pool collapsed (age and act of nature) they were genuinely sad for us. On top of that? Matt kept checking on the spa until I was able to meet with him and learn how to take care of it myself. He even gave me chemicals to get me started. While they are very friendly, we became frustrated with the different crews showing up each week-- they left the gate open multiple times causing our dog to get out (despite signs and repeated reminders), and never clean the salt water system filter even after we showed it to them. This went on for about 9 months I would guess. The final straw was when they showed up to clean the pool while there was a painting crew present two weeks ago. They told the painters they would come back later but never returned. When we followed up with the office a few days later about when they were returning we were told they had already cleaned the pool, and provided us a photo as supporting evidence. I'm not sure who is responsible for that lie, however, we have two cameras pointed at our pool AND our gate monitoring company sends us texts every time someone on our list enters the neighborhood. Not to mention the pool was still visibly dirty with lots of leaves and debris. We moved on to a different company, it simply wasn't worth the hassle.
