And was left with a completely empty pool as they instructed, which is not wise due to the potential damage it could cause. We had to chase them down to find out our job status. When we did speak to someone, he was rude and could not give us a direct answer as to when the work would resume. Actually, told us to reverse what they instructed us to do to prep for the work they were going to do. Not trustworthy at all. Thank goodness we found a reputable company that came right away to take care of our problem. I do not recommend SNF for any kind of work.

They will be back next week to repair the diamond bright and tile in the skimmer box area mean while they applied epoxy to the areas to temporarily stop or slow the leak
