He answered all of my questions regarding this spa company as well as his company. We live in Central Florida so I was somewhat hesitant to work with a company in West Palm Beach. Florian assured me the distance would make no difference. Delivery day came and Florian was part of the delivery crew. Right on time, professional in every way, delivered and set up a terrific product. A couple questions between then and now, Florian is always just a quick email, text or phone call away. I appreciate such great communication and customer service. I am over the moon with Platinum Spas and Sensassion Pool & Spa. If you are in the market for a high end spa at a reasonable price look no further. This is my family's fourth spa and it is the best we have owned. They also did not install our heater correctly, per our new company the warranty would have been voided due to improper installation. In one case, they came back after a full year. I had questions about the contract, and their incredible representative spent over an hour with me answering every question. Now - as for the work: I was incredibly impressed with the very careful measuring done as the sand was being sloped just right for proper drainage. Everyone worked with me when we were delayed by our HOA. They also changed their schedule so that we could get a termite treatment done after they began the digging. The workers were polite, communicated well with me, and left our yard in perfect condition. We have faith that if something goes wrong, they will come back and fix it. I am a bit of a manager as work goes on in my house. They always made time to answer my questions. One remarkable part of the design and their mastery is that, when they looked ahead to where the patio would end, the layout would have left a very thin strip of tiles. They adjusted the size of the tiles in the design so that this didn't happen. Each worker told me what to expect in the next step and what to be sure got done. They even out the extra tiles where we wanted them in our garage. We love our beautiful patio!

We told them the exact material and size we wanted, showed them the space we needed covered, and gave them 3 hours. That wasn't enough. At the end of the visit they said they can't give a quote because we need to sit down and talk?!?!? YOU WERE HERE FOR 3 hours? We talked! Crazy! No thank you. Palm Beach but we received 3 very outrageous quotes and others that said the job was too small for them. I am a review nut and found Blue Magic Pools in Coral Springs , I phoned and Serge made an appointment that afternoon. We received a very fair quote but I was really impressed with his honesty and knowledge. We wanted to add a marble coping and he allowed us to go to his wholesaler to select a gorgeous marble, the selection was incredible. Serge oversaw every detail of the entire job and had his talented team of tilers and electricians along with him. We were given a time frame and Serge delivered exactly when he said.
