A few days later he sent a crew of 2 to clean my roof. The job was done very quickly and not very professionally. The roof was still dirty in spots and was still littered with sticks and leaves. I did pay, and then contacted the owner with pictures of the sub par work. He agreed that the roof didn't look very clean so he would come back to inspect and correct. That was 2 weeks ago and still no word back. At this point I'll just hire someone else to come finish the job. It's too bad because they were friendly people. Lesson learned, don't pay if you aren't happy with the job!

Ronnie was courteous, professional and fast! If you are one of the unfortunate to get that hated HOA letter, call these folks!!

Now, I know there is no shortage of pressure washer companies in this area but as it happened, Lenz was was working a few doors down and I was impressed by their work and manner. I arranged for them to come out and do their thing the following day. What a difference a day makes! The driveway is sparkling clean now. Lenz even washed down all the adjacent shrubs to protect them from any possibility of chemical damage. Lenz will certainly be the go-to company I will use whenever I need pressure washing service in the future

Terrible experience. Beware…read more I was originally quoted $1,000 for the job and was told he would arrive at 9:00 AM. He did not show up until noon. The day before, I had another company come to my property and provide a quote. They inspected the area and made no mention of mold, fungi, or any major issues. Then this person arrived, quickly claimed I had mold on my basketball court and fungi on my roof, and suddenly raised the price from $1,000 to $2,800. When I said I would be leaving an appropriate review about the experience, the price immediately dropped to $1,800, and then somehow dropped again to $1,500. The constant price changes made the entire situation feel extremely dishonest and unprofessional. In my opinion, this felt like a bait-and-switch and a total fake-out. It seemed like he assumed he could take advantage of me because I am a woman. I would not recommend this company and would strongly advise others to be very careful before hiring them.

I contacted them to clean the roof again using environmentally safe products. Half way through their cleaning I could smell a strong odor of bleach. So much so, I could smell it from my neighbors house. I contacted (Matt) who was in charge, and requested his presence as my lawn was fried/ turning brown, due to the use of bleach which I made clear not to use. He refused to come see the damage to my lawn by the use of bleach. He accused me of "not maintaining my lawn and not watering my lawn." I advised him that my water bills are over $200.00 per month to maintain the large yard. ( as we were in a dry spell at that time) He scuffed at my reply and again refused to respond to inspect/view the damage for himself. Picture are attached. Never again will I use this company. Matt obviously can't tell the difference between a chemically burned lawn and allegedly no-watering. Please view the grass around the burn; it is in great shape. That is what that area used to look like. This Matt has nothing to do with your brags of customers. It has to do with my freedom of truth/fact that this is burned due to chemicals. But, you can't have an opinion because you never cared to show up in person to view it.
