Florian assured me the distance would make no difference. Delivery day came and Florian was part of the delivery crew. Right on time, professional in every way, delivered and set up a terrific product. A couple questions between then and now, Florian is always just a quick email, text or phone call away. I appreciate such great communication and customer service. I am over the moon with Platinum Spas and Sensassion Pool & Spa. If you are in the market for a high end spa at a reasonable price look no further. This is my family's fourth spa and it is the best we have owned. Wrong parts, months long delays, excessive and repeated no call, no shows for pre set appointments for repairs. Last technician in February '26 actually cracked the Master Blaster jet casing causing a leak! We are now stuck with a brand new, totally unusable spa. Forced to waste more time now to file complaints with the the Better Business Bureau, the FL State Attorney General/Consumer Protection Agency and the FTC. Warranty is useless when SouthEast spas doesn't have the will nor means to support the terms and conditions of the contract.

"Warning: Do not trust with your money or your time. Their lack of integrity and inability to fulfill their commitments is truly disappointing. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable company to work with." Incompetent and deceitful, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away and save yourself the headache.
