After delivery, South East Spas called to ensure everything was satisfactory and they offered a contact for any questions we might have. This was my first Hot Tub, and Mario was really helpful & patient with the sales process. He told me Marquis was a top-rated Hot Tub and they were redesigning some of their flagship models. When I placed the order in December of 2020, the showroom didn't even have one on display! In April of 2021, Mario received a showroom model and said I could come over and give it a try (photo below). It looked great and felt even better...was confident I made the right choice...now I just have to wait until mine shows up:-) Even though it took nearly 2 years to receive the product, it was worth the wait! The crazy long wait wasn't Mario's fault...both COVID and the redesign were responsible for the delay. I use the Hot Tub often and it's been very easy to maintain. Since it's fairly small, I replace the water every 6-8 weeks (which means I need less chemicals to maintain the water balance). Mario recommended this instead of waiting 3-4 months. He also recommended getting a water pump to drain the tub...saves a lot of time. I can empty the tub in 30 minutes IIRC. Just using gravity takes ~90 minutes...I only did it once before getting the pump on Amazon. In any event, just wanted to say thanks to Mario with this review on my 1-year anniversary of owning this incredible Hot Tub!
