Update: I finally got a call but no reply to the emails. I'm now on day 3 after the call Wednesday at 0859 am after this post and email. I'm looking strongly at the rates and communication. So far the extra * star may go down as I research the price and fair and reasonable labor cost. Keep a watch for updates on here, instagram and/twitter to include other social media. ///// After a number of emails going over the issue and requesting the phone number 3 times and getting a general email reply with the customer service not paying attention to the prior emails. Maybe this rating will get someone's attention as the email game shows extremely poor customer service and a lack of records of customers. Then we happened to stop by Spa King and found a three year old, top of the line Caldera with all the bells and whistles for less than half of what it retails for new. Great customer service from everyone we talked to and good follow up after the sale. We had an issue with a pump overheating and they came out and replaced it, honoring the warranty without argument.
