I requested that he not be sent back. The second technician responded with an unprofessional attitude any time I asked a basic question. The third technician repeatedly missed items that were supposed to be completed weekly, leaving me to discover what was skipped after the fact. This company appears to hire people who take little pride in their work, yet they still charge as if the full service was completed. I have video camera proof documenting technicians not performing the work they're billing for. When I raised these concerns with management, I was made to feel like I was the problem--despite the evidence. Rather than taking responsibility and correcting the service issues, I was told they would "continue servicing the pool until I find someone else," which felt like a dismissive way to avoid accountability. The final straw was a phone conversation where I asked, "Why do you think I'm unhappy?" Instead of addressing the documented service failures, the person I spoke to made up a false claim that I was upset because the technicians "don't speak English." That was completely untrue and frankly offensive--especially since my concerns were always about missed services and unprofessional behavior. For the record, I've been a respectful and generous customer and have tipped workers with cash and drinks. I'm ending service and would not recommend this company to anyone who expects reliable work, honest billing, and professional customer service.

From the initial visit to the estimate negotiations, the representative was pleasant without being pushy. Several weeks later, the construction started. From the time construction started to the time that they completely finished was about three days, plus another day for glass installation. They cleaned up after themselves, were professional, and very friendly. They respected our property, picked up after themselves, and someone from the company stayed in touch with us during the entire process. It's hard to find contractors in South Florida, that you can actually trust, but if I had to do my other bathroom, I would hire these guys in a heartbeat.

He promised to provide a proposal and some layout ideas in a week or so as it was near Thanksgiving. The week ended and I waited until early the following week to reach out to him but I never heard back. I called the company and the person who answered told me the system showed he had sent the proposal - well I never got it. I made it clear that I had not gotten it and that I was frustrated that Stefan had basically ghosted me. The person I spoke to assured me she would email the sales manager and I said "And you'll CC me on that email so I know you did?" The person didn't seem to understand what I meant and she repeated that she would email the sales manager and this time I said, "And you'll include me on that email?" to which she replied she was unable to do that. I told her how ridiculous that as and say goodbye. Now, surprisingly, that evening I got a call from Michael the sales manager who told me that Stefan had a family issue and needed to take a leave of absence but that he would take over the project. I emailed him scaled drawings of our bathrooms along with photos and suggested that he could put together some layout ideas and a proposal based on that along with whatever information Stefan had put in to their system. Well, none of that ever materialized but my wife and I did visit their showroom and meet with Michael to, in theory, finalize some ideas and get a proposal. However, he was ill prepared, seeming to have not looked at the drawings I had sent him. And not surprisingly we never heard back from him despite one last email asking if he was still interested in the project. So either our project was to big for them or they are just incompetent.

The story is originally from Naples, and they recently expanded to open their first showroom on the east coast. So happy they ventured close to us! To my surprise I was informed that they focused on high-end outdoor furniture. In my life have I ever seen such beautiful patio furniture. He explained that they carried some of the best brands from Brown Jordan to Tuucci umbrellas to Vondom, and a few interior design companies that are now doing outdoor like Palechek and Bernhardt. Also, I happy to learn of a company called Pollywood that specialize in patio furniture made of 100% recycled milk jugs. Imagine yourself at home on your deck, backyard, poolside, or high rise balcony with beautiful outdoor furniture! What an awesome way to create a gorgeous outdoor space! What beautiful memories you can create with your friends and families with an awesome outdoor sanctuary! This company is a scam...bought 5 EXPENSIVE lanterns with being told I could return two depending…read moreon the sizes I chose. When going to return two, they would not allow it. Shocked...got management involved, they agreed to return two. This was Feb. 2, and to date have not received my credit on my statement. (over 800.00 dollars). They are rude and condescending. When buying the original 5, each one comes with a battery and charging cord in a small plastic bag. I had two lanters with no kit bag attached and asked for them. One of the workers there looked up, rolled his eyes, and said in the snottiest voice ever, "Geez, how many screwdrivers do you need?" My daughter and I were shocked...what if I was buying gifts for people...am I supposed to gift with no charger or appropriate size screwdriver to take off the top? I was so uncomfortable, and just said that I would like to charge them at the same time, to use them adequately. Never mind that I had just spent 2700.00 on lanterns. So now we are fighting over a credit that they have not given, yet they have the returned lanterns. Stay away from this place. Such a joke. They do not care at all about the customer.
