She is professional and friendly and very knowledgeable regarding Kitchen upgrades. We shopped around for quite a while before making a decision on who to hire. Her selection and quality of products are excellent, and her pricing was very competitive. He stated some are better than the others for durability like Nucore & Durolux and still need to see the different ones that are offered . The one I was choosing was less expensive and happened to match better but when I tried the sample at home it did scratch easily with a flathead(I did as an experiment) as he had previously mentioned. He said not to drag furniture or anything that may scratch it. He said I needed a blue bottom cover for the floor underneath but u are if I actually need it . I decided to head back the next day and exchange the one I had with the one that was more durable to last longer since it would not be warrantied if any scratches were to occur. I also purchased a tool to install it if needed . I wanted to purchase and match a marble piece that I already have in the area going into the other rooms. He took me to the area and we picked a piece out. Additionally, I had the transition piece to match. He loaded the car for me. When I returned the next day it was busier. Another guy assisted me but was told to go to another customer and someone else helped me. He took the ones I purchased out of the car but there was a bit of a delay at the registers when I returned because customers were also returning and purchasing. I will more than likely have someone install it even though I do like to learn DIY .

This was nice. We had a couple of questions about different types of tile. High polish vs Matte. Needless to say we left confused and have to do more research.

When I…read morefirst walked in to the showroom, I met the owner Orlando, a smooth taking charismatic guy..... he had everything I was looking for... Soup to nuts! I ordered everything for my 2 brand new bathrooms.... from tiles, to vanities, to lighted mirrors, fixtures, etc. I spent almost $9000. Everything that I ordered, and I mean everything..I received...was wrong! He called & switched to tile on me because apparently they were out of stock. Then they delivered both vanities which I didn't order, then he asked me if I wouldn't mind substituting another bathroom shower faucet because the one I ordered was out of stock too. This was nothing but a complete headache! And when I called to let him his response was "just chill".."breathe. Honestly, I'm not one to hurt someone's business, but when I order something I expect to get the same thing that I ordered! I won't tell you not to shop there because he has great things in his showroom and he really gave me some awesome decorating tips too, but triple check your order... I mean open every single box even if the driver has to stay there and check your order! Sadly, what was supposed to be an exciting upgrade for me...was extremely disappointing in the end. Sorry.

Majestic Kitchens & Baths - Installing the cabinets.

Bottom line up front- totally happy and would highly recommend Majestic Kitchens and Baths to…read moreanyone looking to Remodle their kitchen. We began the process late last summer and interviewed and received estimates from 5 different kitchen and bath companies and design centers. I read so many horror stories about contractors, design centers, and cabinet makers with poor responsiveness, shoddy or incomplete work that I was very nervous about committing to anyone. We took our time researching as best we could and Majestic Kitchen and Baths impressed us far and above the others and we decided to go forward with them. We first met with Joe who was instrumental in helping us develop our design and plan. He had many ideas which were thought provoking and many ideas were included in our kitchen design. He was definitely working for us and was willing to do everything that we wanted and not telling us what we needed to do or should do, he merely offered many design opinions which we wouldn't have otherwise considered. Once we settled on the design and estimate we green lit the project and paid our deposit. We were warned that manufacturing would take several months and that the project would need to wait for the cabinet maker but when we signed the contract we were given a date to start work and we completely understood the time it would take before work began. We actually didn't hear from MKB for several months and as our work start date approached my skepticism that everything would go on time was increasing. However, the week prior we spoke with MKB and construction (actually tear out of the old kitchen) began as stated in the contract and MKB worked everyday. Carlos oversaw our kitchen construction and we definitely felt like we were a priority for them. We had open communication and always understood what to expect before the day began. As we reached decision points during the construction process or had questions about what was happening- Carlos (or his second- Maria) was always available and always ensured our desires were incorporated in the days work. Crews cleaned up after themselves daily. They were prompt and courteous and had a genuine desire to do good work. When we came upon a decision point or a change order as the kitchen developed, it was never any issue for Majestic. It was always- whatever you would like we will make it happen. If we had an issue- they were ready to answer our questions. If we didn't understand a process, they took the time to explain it to us. We never felt like we were not a valued client. Our wishes and desires for our kitchen were their priority. MKB were certainly not the least expensive (and not even the most expensive) but the quality of their cabinets, their attention to detail, and their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we had the kitchen exactly as we envisioned, made them the best value for the money spent and I am certain, no one else we spoke to would have delivered the way MKB did. We would recommend them for your project as well. As a matter of fact we are bring them back for our guest and master bathroom projects in the fall.

The job has not held up and cabinets are not good quality. Communication is absolutely terrible. We will be scheduled at a certain time and they don't show up. You can't really inspect the vanity if you live in an apartment because they will not remove the covering before it is brought up to the apartment and installed. Upon removing the cardboard packaging, and shrink-wrap, I found a nick on the quartz top, a cut (more like a "gash") on the left side of the vanity, and drawers that don't align or close to be level with the rest of the body. The last items especially cannot be known until the entire vanity is fully installed. The owner offered to replace it with another vanity. There are several problems with that -- one is removing the installation, which would include undoing the plumbing, and finding a way to bring it downstairs again, when bringing it upstairs was difficult enough. And the probability that these problems with the drawers not aligning will likely exist with the new vanity, since it has to do with sloppy construction and bad design. It's not likely that the piece that I have is the only one with these issues. Curiously, the handyman who installed the vanity showed me that there were holes drilled on the back of the vanity, as if someone had planned on attaching a mirror. That means that the vanity is either returned to the store or "manufacturer" or it's a second hand piece. As for the gash -- that is the most offensive flaw. I suppose I'll have to repair it with wood filler and live with it. What I have asked was that I be given a discount for these flaws. I hope the owner will change his mind and agree to do so.
