They were referred to us by another vendor we used - Floor Removal Services who did an excellent job on removing our tiles. The owner of Cutting Edge Floors came out to give us a quote for the floor installation. We only needed pricing for labor since we already purchased our tiles and materials. The owner was prompt for his appointment and very professional. He came with his state license and insurance information. He measured the floors and said he would send us a proposal. He did so in a timely manner. The proposal was fair and with a clear start and finish date. The owner himself came to do the tile with his crew. They arrived on time, went straight to work. They were very respectful and professional the entire time. The floor to say the least looks amazing - the owner is meticulous! They did everything they said they would. They even referred us to other vendors who had great services. We have additional tile work in our home to be done and would not give it to anyone else... We need more people like this, true professionals! I would highly recommend them - don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Great job! Mr. & Mrs. L. Lee

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING A DYSON... then know you'll be joining the rest of use that already know how easy they are to use, how easy they are to clean, how great their products are and the quality of their products. BUT WHEN YOUR DYSON PRODUCTS BREAKS... All vacuums will eventually have something break or stop working; all brands / all models... it's what the company does that really maters. With vacuums I have owned over the past 30 years (Electrolux, Oreck, Eureka and a Rainbow)... repairs were a pain-in-the-arse; parts not available (for the Eureka and Rainbow); or the labor cost made it not worth (Eureka); or local appliance repair or vacuum repairs centers spent more time telling how you're better off with a new machine (clearly them trying to push products rather than help me save a few dollars). BUT THEN COMES DYSON... If you have Dyson Repair Center somewhat nearby, then it is worth visiting... they can fix all Dyson products and it's more about supporting their products than pushing you toward a sale or ripping you off. My latest experience.... I thought I had to replace the whole debris canister after these plastic tabs broke and a ring and large gasket wouldn't stay in place. According to online I had to replace the debris canister but rather than order online I drove to Fort Lauderdale from Boca Raton to hopefully be able to buy a replacement (to simply save time)... The Technicial named ANGEL was on the ball... I pointed and barely finished a sentence of what was wrong and he said, "give me 5 minutes". I commented I was happy they had the canister in stock at the shop and he said no but don't worry. Literally about 3 minutes later he came out with it fixed and said have a great day and I asked don't I owe you payment. Angel smiled and said not for this. THIS IS TOP-TIER SERVICE and one of the many reasons DYSON is well worth the premium cost of their products.

My family is happy to give our review of John and Sawgrass Floors…read more The Sell: We shopped a few flooring companies with site visit quotes and decided on John for a few reasons. Not only was he very easy to communicate with during the initial quote process but he was attentive and listened to what we were looking for. He never pushed a product and his showroom provides a ton of options. We had done our research and knew the flooring we wanted and he provided us a competitive and fair quote on our entire house. My wife and I were still deciding on companies up until the birth of our child and John understood our time constraints and availability limitations so he worked with us via e-mail and phone to negotiate a final number. One last thing to mention about the sales portion of the review is that John provided a very professional website and social network site to give us the opportunity to preview his past work. This gave us a better understanding of what we were going to get from his guys. The Work: We started a whole house (2,500 sqft) re engineered wood job on our home. If I had one gripe about the work it would be the sub contractors that came to demo some tile. After showing up an hour and a half late, they completed the job very quickly but left a huge mess. I would have preferred a company that tried to keep a demo job as clean as possible but these guys did not seem to care and left the place a mess for Johns guys to have to clean up before being able to install. I wouldn't remove a star based on this but offer my opinion that you request a different sub contractor for this part. Now for the Sawgrass Floor crew. John and his guys are extremely friendly and easy to talk to during the install process. They showed up on time or early every day on the job and stayed until they reached their daily goal. They worked with us as we wanted to get in there at nights to paint and left us with walk space and open walls, leaving the baseboards for the end to make it easier on us. They did very good work on the corner work and closets which had some more difficult cuts to make. One part that I was surprised at the end to see was bringing the floor right up to our fireplace with a nice clean line and not having to use any quarter rounds. We had one room with a built in murphy bed and desk that needed the quarter rounds to complete and they found a perfect match to the color of the built in making it look like it was meant to be there. John was available the entire time during the work to coordinate any changes and showed up to the site to make sure everything we discussed got done. The crew was clean and courteous of the home they were working on during the entire job. At completion of the work they wanted to make sure we were happy and let us know that they'd be there for us if we found anything that needed them to come back. John provides a warranty on his guys work and should we find anything we know they'll be out here. John ended our job with a little thank you gift. He knows how to run his business providing a solid crew who our just as friendly and considerate as he his. He was always available to us even by cell and got back to us on a few weekend phone calls. I highly recommend looking his way if a flooring job comes into your remodel. This company deserves the five stars and providing another quality job to your home.

The flooring in my daughter's room is buckling, and the custom stair treads are cracking due to improper installation. The stairs squeak terribly, and all the mitered corners of the stairs are loose and coming apart. I have been incredibly patient, waiting for over a year for Sawgrass Floors to address and repair these issues. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they are no longer responding and appear unwilling to stand behind their work. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I regret choosing Sawgrass Floors for this project. I cannot recommend them based on the poor quality of the installation and their complete lack of accountability or customer service.
