The current owners (married couple) KATHERINE & ELISEO JUSTINIANI. are located at: 3790 NW 25TH AVE MIAMI, FL 33142 That being said.....this company is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE AND SHAM!!! Eliseo came to our property in person & did the walk thru, agreed to the job & advised that payment in full would be required to proceed. We did NOT hesitate, as the price was only a few thousand & who would think that a Playground company would be full of sh*T. There was issue after issue, excuse after excuse, delay after delay & after weeks of the runaround he called us to see what colors we wanted the posts of our monkey bars to be (PLEASE NOTE OUR PLAYGROUND IS TAN & GREEN, SO THERE SHOULD BE NO QUESTION ON WHAT COLOR WE WANTED). At this point he advised that he couldn't provide the colors of our playground (we are now 3 months of dealing with them), he then suggested that he provide us with a refund, we agreed. We then had to chase them both for the next 3months requesting our refund, I heard a plethora of excuses (such as but not limited to): My wife had a miscarriage, I'm out of the country, I haven't been able to make it to the bank, I'll do it tomorrow, I'll do it the next day, I'm very busy, so on and so forth. It wasn't until we involved our lawyers & threatened legal actions that we were able to recoup our money (not without hearing at least 2-3 more excuses). This company claims to have accounts with locals parks & schools....they are a NIGHTMARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

We purchased a custom playground structure and artificial turf…read more Here is what went right and wrong: RIGHT: 1. Mike is very knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance about how to build our custom playset. 2. Playset was ordered and assembled correctly 3. It was a RUSH order to have by Thanksgiving and they DID IT!! Thank YOU !! WRONG: The installers failed to cap all the sprinklers which resulted in a hole forming under the turf in the middle of the whole area. BUT it was CORRECTED: I spoke to Mike and although he was very displeased at the situation (as much as we were), he assured me he would have it fixed and he did. They came back and had to move some of the playground equipment to roll back the turf and properly cap off the sprinkler. Filled in the hole, compacted the area again and laid the turf back down. All was done efficiently and correctly the 2nd time around, and at no extra cost to us. So the bottomline: Good products. Wonderful playground equipment. Mike is a little "serious" (some might find him rude), but he gets the job done and provides great customer service.

The installs were fully booked a few weeks out. I had asked if there's anyway it could be installed a bit sooner as I had grandkids coming for a weekend. Mike was very kind and said he could make that happen. Sure enough, two days before the grandkids arrived the place was installed and the team did a beautiful job. They were very professional and very kind. They also installed a section of artificial grass for us.
