I've been here a few times and the staff here is just wonderful and so patient. Recently I was here looking for a gift and one of the girls working there helped me and spent a good amount of time with me but I didn't end up buying anything. I did return about a week later and instead of groaning when she saw me she happily welcomed me back and I ended up buying what I had looked at earlier. We have used Ace several times. The first time was when we purchased a new bag for our daughter's…read morekarate gear and I thought it would look nicer if we had her name embroidered on the bag vs our old method of using a sharpie. My husband thought we should try the place in the mall, but I thought that there is no way they could do the bag...all I ever saw there were shirts and hats. So my husband started googling and found Ace. He thought it was worth a try. At about 5:30pm on a Saturday he walked into Sedanos and there was Ace Embroidery. Not only was he able to handle the large bag, but he recommended the perfect font. He didn't even think we were crazy when I called to make sure that my husband spelled our daughter's name correctly. (My husband had this weird feeling he spelled it wrong, he didn't). Service was friendly and we didn't break the bank with our daughter's long name. The bag was ready on Monday afternoon. We love it! More importantly our daughter loves it! She was thrilled. Since that first time we have had my husband's karate gear bag done, 2 American girl karate uniforms and most recently a backpack for our friend's son. Ace always recommends the perfect font for each project and we are always thrilled with the end result. Amazing customer service. Amazing job! Amazing quality! Highly recommend.
