The item was ordered through Amazon, and was originally not shipped on time. I understand that this is sometimes not their fault, but I messaged them and asked them to cancel the order. They did not cancel the order, but shipped the item anyway. I contacted them again, and asked them why they chose to ship the order, even though I requested cancelation, and their response was that I should just refuse it when it arrived. I refused it when it arrived, six (6) weeks ago, and they have refused on multiple locations to issue me a refund. The item appears to be lost in the mail, and they still refuse to issue me a refund for an item that I never received. They initiated a lost item request on February 23, 2026 after my repeated insistence, which was closed on March 3, 2026. I do not know why it was closed or the results, but that is the last information available according to tracking number USPS 92612903368622541532043628. Their last message to me on March 17, 2026 says "we haven't refused to refund the order. We have not received the returned item, and there's no indication by the courier that the item was being returned to the sender. We suggest that you file a claim with Amazon". This is categorically false, as one can easily see that the the item was being returned simply by looking at the tracking number. Furthermore, if the item is indeed lost in the mail, should it be the policy of a business to punish the customer for lost mail? What were the results of the lost mail inquiry, and why did this business close the request, and not provide an any answer to me. It seems that there response is, it's not our problem, you take it up with Amazon. I will restate this package was refused six (6) weeks ago, so it's clearly lost, yet they refuse to refund my money despite repeated requests. Look at the attached image and see for yourself, I never received the item.

As far as quality goes, they carry a nice assortment of well known brands for most of their products. Along with the pricier, high quality things, they also offer budget friendly options, as well. Whether it's been fishing gear, kayak accessories, clothes or cleats I've gotten some great things that have lasted me for years. You can find great deals through the app & at this location depending when you look. I've found things like Nike shorts for more than half off & I recently gotten a fishing kayak at a significant discount because Quest has a sale. I also ended up getting a $15 discount (that wasn't advertised) on a life vest when I scanned my app at the checkout. You can also get oversized products shipped to the store for pick up so you don't have to pay oversized shipping fees. The funny thing is, I am the reason for 90% of the LV18 backpacks they sell. All my clients buy one from here in Miami and Tampa after attending any of the training courses I teach.
