They all, including the bike mechanic, need some training. I brought my bike in last week because it had a flat. First they said the service for both wheels & 2 tubes wouldn't be more than $120 - the service ended up being $200. The price is fine but why say $120 and then charge $200? I haven't had my bike for more than 2 years, I've never fallen on my bike, I take care of it like it's my child & on top of that, I barely ride it - when I picked up my bike the mechanic said "did you ever notice this dent on the rim?" No, I never noticed it because it wasn't there. THEY dented my rim - probably in the process of removing my tire. Now that's something else I need to fix. 2 days after picking up my bike - it's flat again (didn't even ride it btw). These people didn't properly put the tube. I called them to let them know that I'll be passing by so they can fix it - whoever answered the phone was extremely rude with an attitude. I ended up going to the doral location and it was fixed within 5 mins. But because of the horrible customer service from their gables location, I'll just be taking my bike elsewhere. Too many bike shops in Miami to be dealing with an incompetent one.

They sent the tank with a Thermo K valve, which is not even rated to the pressure of the cylinder (3000psi instead of 3300psi). Upon talking to them on the phone, they say it does not matter what's written on the product page picture, only what's in the product description. What kind of commercial practices are those???

The item was ordered through Amazon, and was originally not shipped on time. I understand that this is sometimes not their fault, but I messaged them and asked them to cancel the order. They did not cancel the order, but shipped the item anyway. I contacted them again, and asked them why they chose to ship the order, even though I requested cancelation, and their response was that I should just refuse it when it arrived. I refused it when it arrived, six (6) weeks ago, and they have refused on multiple locations to issue me a refund. The item appears to be lost in the mail, and they still refuse to issue me a refund for an item that I never received. They initiated a lost item request on February 23, 2026 after my repeated insistence, which was closed on March 3, 2026. I do not know why it was closed or the results, but that is the last information available according to tracking number USPS 92612903368622541532043628. Their last message to me on March 17, 2026 says "we haven't refused to refund the order. We have not received the returned item, and there's no indication by the courier that the item was being returned to the sender. We suggest that you file a claim with Amazon". This is categorically false, as one can easily see that the the item was being returned simply by looking at the tracking number. Furthermore, if the item is indeed lost in the mail, should it be the policy of a business to punish the customer for lost mail? What were the results of the lost mail inquiry, and why did this business close the request, and not provide an any answer to me. It seems that there response is, it's not our problem, you take it up with Amazon. I will restate this package was refused six (6) weeks ago, so it's clearly lost, yet they refuse to refund my money despite repeated requests. Look at the attached image and see for yourself, I never received the item.

You can wear their clothes for working out or to run errands. I liked a sweater from that brand so decided to purchase it. I have seen the lines long here bur never like what I saw yesterday. There were at least 35 people in front of me. Some were together but still, much too long. I waited a few minutes and the line did not move since there were only two cashiers. I left the sweater and ended up purchasing it online. They should really have more than two cashiers on a weekend. Otherwise, I think this store is great.

They didn't care, Roger that! If you need anything 511 get it online or at any of the stores that actually work with you. I needed a backpack warrantied out and the manager refused to do it. The funny thing is, I am the reason for 90% of the LV18 backpacks they sell. All my clients buy one from here in Miami and Tampa after attending any of the training courses I teach. A simple process I have gotten done multiple times at Orlando, Tampa and Sarasota without any issues. Good job, you guys lost me referring my clients to this store.

Another team mom went and picked it up for me so I didn't notice until a few days later after receiving it. I called and spoke to the owners wife and she refused to help me in any way. She did not want to help me or hear me out in any type of way. She said it was my mistake. I told her I know what I asked for. After bickering for almost 30 mins we came into an agreement that after speaking with my husband I realized did not benefit my daughter at all!!!
