We went during a national holiday so it was packed with kids since there was no school. You are allowed to bring your own equipment or rent full gear for $70. Also there is a store up front if you want to purchase full gear. Make sure to bring gloves as that is not part of the rental. Staff was friendly and attentive. My only suggestion is they should have more staff on busy days like this especially when it comes to making sure the players are not using automatic fire. Looks like a great idea for a birthday party to either rent their vip room or set up in the lounge. It's a good team building idea as well. Birthday packages include food and well priced. We enjoyed ourselves and spent most of the day there. Personally for my first time playing I think being shot hurts more than paintball. And I will invest in better protective gloves before playing again. read more

Ive always had a great experiance at miami airsoft. The refs are good the people are great and the atmosphere is pretty good. The one star is for the shop not willing to fix their mistakes when they sell faulty equipment. I bought a brand new gun from them today. I buy at shops and I buy new because I dont like to deal with craigslist bullshit. However when I buy my new gun and take it to the range it only shoots 7 bbs before having to crank it again. I took it to the staff right after and they said the magazine was broken. So I asked if they had any other magazine for sale and they said no. I asked if they could fix it they said no. At that point I asked if I could exchange the gun for a gun of equal value or get a refund i was told no. So let me get this straight I pay full price for something new that should work right out of the box. I take it to the range realize that the magazine came broken. I ask u if u can help me out and u basically tell me to just deal with it. Its not like u didnt know these guns had issues with their magazines. U admitted it to me that other people who bought the gun had the same issue. U could have told me this before I bought the gun and I would have been more than happy to purchase the m4 instead. Well buddy great job! U hit me on the head for 200$ congratulations! I was gonna buy the m4 as well the week after. How much was that? 170$? Add in the sniper rifle that I wanted to get for the other field, the vest, the boots, the optics and flashights for the m4, the gun case for my new/currently useless gun and one for the m4. I mean thats atleast 800-1000$. My buddy who came with me today was extreemly excited about his experiace and wanted to purchase a gun but after seeing ur stunt he grabbed his wallet and left the field immedietly. God knows how much u lost with him. He has much more money than I do and is more liberal when spending it. A full load out with gun is at the very least 200-800$? And he loves the goodshit. None of that buget shit. So u lost about 2000$ give or take today on just both of us. Thats not counting how much u lose in the long run because I wont be buying anything from ur shop ever again and he wont be comming back again. Players wanted to know everything about the gun when they saw it. Now they know how u treat ur customers. My question to u is...... this could all have been avoided. All u had to do was tell me the magazin is a piece of shit, i would have taken the other gun and u wouldnt have lost an ounce of money today. Instead u chose to hit a reocurring customer on the head. A great indoor air-soft course that is professionally ran. My kids who are preteen and video gaming addicts love air-soft because it simulates game play but guess what they actually run and get exercise.!! Abandoned cars and mock buildings and a Everglades fort. A urban combat setting. A mix of adults and kids play and it's really fun time. The referees split up the teams before each game to make it fair. A gun rental will cost you $25 for the day, Mask is $5 rental and field entry is $20. If you have your own gear pay $20 only. Guns are regulated at no more than 400 FPS and they pre-calibrate and staff will color tag all guns for safety so there's no cheaters with a high power weapon. Each gun is ore checked before each round, rounds typically last 8 "Long" minutes. They have referees in deer stands monitoring fair play. A really cool sport that is sure to grow in popularity in the next coming years, take the kids and pack a cooler for a day of fun. read more

I have been going here for a few years. It is a great place for CQB. During the weekends you can expect at least 15 people per side. You'll get approximately one game every 30 - 40 minutes, If you're lucky. It depends a lot if there is a private party which will make it so you only get about one game per hour. Credit to the Management that has been slowly making improvements over the years. By the way there is no HPA on the weekends, due to cheating. Great place for teens and players and the price was only $10 from 3p-9p. My son had an amazing time and the games they played had variety and kept it interesting. There is a small shooting range and lounge couches for the players or waiting moms (I am the latter :) Prices were on target for green gas and add ons. There were also drink and snack available to purchase. Staff was nice and was using Lysol wipes at the end of the night to clean the tables and gear area. Great indoor course. Have been going for the last three years but lately it's been getting a lot less fun. Large groups come in of stacked players and when the refs try to split them up to even up teams they refuse. They then ask the team with significantly less players and significantly less talent if they mind they respond they do but are ignored. Either have refs that are older and more confident to stand up to rowdy individuals to keep things even or have someone over the age of 25 who doesn't mind acting like an adult to keep the games fair. A good place to have a fun time if you're into airsoft. They have a well-designed and detailed arena which allows for a large, interactive environment for players to have an interesting match. The only good thing about this place is the airsoft arena itself, but other than that it's a bit lacking in some aspects, and even worse. They have a shop selling guns, gear, and other equipment and a snack stand, but everything is overpriced. And that includes snacks/drinks. For newbie players or for players who do not have their own gun, they charge you a non-refundable rental fee for a crappy damaged rifle with very weak firepower and a magazine that jams often (which is a huge disadvantage on the battlefield), sometimes you might even get one that doesn't even work at all depending on your luck. Most of their employees are somewhat rude as well and have an attitude problem. I understand that this place has strict rules for a reason, but one of the game moderators called me out and threw a big fuss because I took off my goggles after the game already finished and I was only a step away from being back in the waiting room. I was also trying to purchase a magazine for my gun at the store counter and there were three people in there with the door open just chatting and acting like I wasn't there even though I asked politely. It's a shame that this place has so much potential yet the employees always have a negative aspect to bring about it. read more

First time coming here with a group of friends who already been here and it was fun but not fun enough for me to pay 50 bucks to rent out everything. The reasons I give it a bad reviews is because the ac is terrible in game and out in the lobby, the employees don't care if we get spawn trapped meaning as soon as you open the curtain to get out you are shot ruining a whole game. To combat that they should make employees send out the opposing team back to their spawn and have a little reset. Also if you rent a gun usually it's so much weaker and inaccurate compared to others that you're left with such a disadvantage it's incredible. Also there was severe unfair team balancing as when we got in we got paired with a group of 14 year olds while they took away a group of guys who knew what they were doing and put them in the other team. Like how was that fair. Overall I wouldn't wanna spend 50-60 dollars to just get shot as soon as i get out of my base. read more

Fun for the first couple times but the map is very generic and the staff/refs only enforce rules if people go full auto. The staff doesn't care if players span traps or call hits. They usually have about 5-6 employees but none are on the map during the match. But if you even try to go to the lobby without a sleeve on your gun then they'll definitely reprimand you. From a parents perspective. Kids have fun here but not a nice place for parents. The parking is terrible and the waiting room doesn't have AC. S.FL and no AC? Also purchased over $600 in equipment from them, multiple weapons, magazines, add ons and ammo and when a $60 magazine failed the 2nd use, they said you have to go to the manufacture. The staff is limited in knowledge when recommending a weapon. Do your own research don't trust them they will sell you subpar weapons with no warranty. The rifle we purchased from them is now failing after 5 uses. Their excuse is we don't know what you do with the gun when you leave here. This is the worst environment the gun has been exposed to. It rides in vehicle to and from M.A.S. and lives in an air conditioned home. They don't care and tell you to deal with the manufacture. The referees do a minimal job and a lot of cheating goes on between players and ruins the experience for honest players. They are the only game in town and have no competition so ultimately they don't have to maintain a higher standard. As the sport grows so will the competition maybe they will step up their business. read more

Kinda a mixed bag. Some of the employees are cool but most are little twerps who can't be bothered to actually assist you and act like they don't want to be there. The area you play in is pretty small considering it's 20 bucks to get in, with another 5 bucks since they make you buy those stupid barrel covers which are pointless since airsoft guns typically have orange tips anyway. Seems like a scam to me. They also play obnoxious music in the setting up area which can be really frustrating when you're trying to figure out what to do. Your choice. And the success of your business depends of it! Miami airsoft is an indoor airsoft range. They also have a nice store where they sell guns, accessories, repairs, snacks, pizza, etc. They also have party rooms. The course is pretty fun. Its set up like a city. There's a house complete with different rooms and furniture. A repair garage. A port complete with containers and equipment. Several elevated River houses. Plus an office building complete barbershop, copy center, cubicles, desks, etc. This was my first time playing airsoft. The sport has a lot of potential over paintball. Paintball ball is getting really expensive due to the rising cost of ammo and co2 refills. But if you own all of your own gear its only 10 to 20 dollars to play all day long at miami airsoft.. Plus ammo is really cheap. If you need to rent all of your gear it will cost about $60 per person including everything to play for the whole day. Airsoft stings like a bee sting. Depending upon what clothing you're wearing, where you are hit, and the velocity of the weapon from which you are shot the sting could leave anything from a small red mark on your skin to a lump the size of a quarter protruding a half an inch off your body. Face protection is a must. I recommend wearing long sleeves, long pants, boots, gloves, face guard, and most of the players wear a hoodie jacket and padded vest. The game itself is exhilarating. It's a lot of fun playing and really gets your adrenaline and heart going. The sport however has one critical flaw. Unlike paintball which leaves a clear obvious distinguishable paint mark on your body airsoft does not. The course is quite large for the two to three referees there. They're not even usually watching the game. On a number of different occasions I have shot people, seen them react to the sting, and watch them stay in the game. Depending upon the rules of that particular game come on when your head you're either out or need to go back to your home base to reactivate. But there doesn't seem to be a lot of honor at Miami airsoft nor is there enough interest or ability of the referees to keep the game honest. On a number of different occasions I was shot with full auto, which is against the rules. Or shot with high velocity guns that exceed the range safe limit and were not checked appropriately by the referees. There was a number of other occasions on which I was shot, raised my gun and hands to show that I was out of the game and on my way to the exit was shot again a number of times with my hands in the air. From my experience people are shooting first then looking later. But in real life you look first before you shoot. Getting shot with my hands in the air is not a lot of fun. That's not cool. That's not safe. That takes all the fun out of the game for me and makes me think twice about going back to Miami airsoft again. My review is 3 stars because I feel that the owner and staff are not doing everything possible to ensure the safety and integrity of the game read more

I've been here many times with friends and family and they always end up liking the arena. It is huge, with a lot of props for you to be able to run around and take cover. Plus, they have plenty of rental gear for newcomers. If you want to buy something, this place has a variety of equipment to choose from and they are always getting more. A great place for our son's 13th birthday celebration. Very friendly & responsible staff. Nacho was so helpful, gave the kids great instruction and was attentive to every detail through the duration of the parry. They had many rounds of play time exclusive to our party guests. Everyone has a blast. The adults enjoyed the relaxation of a cool party room with a view of the kids while they " battled". so much fun! The fact that they allow older teenagers to play with young kids and bully these young kids is unacceptable! When you are shot you go down on one knee and these older teenagers came in and threw 3 grenades filled with bb's and then continues to shoot at my party of kids! Whom were 11 and under. The officials at this facility do not care to follow by the damn rules! And when you try to speak to the suppose authorities at this place they still don't care! This was my 2nd time to this facility and I will NEVER return! I had 2 kids who only played one round due to the bullying that goes on in this location. My husband had to approach these older kids and then those same kids act like they weren't the one bullying these younger kids. These are the same kids who drive like race car drivers right out side the facility when you have kids walking into this facility. My older son whom is 16 years old told me he also doesn't like coming here due the the amount of fights that go on. It isn't fun at that point. Who goes some where to pay over $50 a kid to have their kids not even want to play and leave wanting to beat kids asses? I can honestly say this facility is very lucky me their mother wasn't there. I would've had each of those kids outside waiting for their parents so I could let them know how their children like to bully kids. Another parent said it reminded them of columbine kids. This is sad! Take some damn control over your facility! You'll be out of business in no time. Never will we return, we brought a party of 10 kids, spent a load of money! This place SUCKS! I've been going here at least 2 times a month for over a year and I've noticed that the staff have been slowly getting less and less helpful like the other day I asked for a tool because I don't have any of my own personal tools and the tech bench that they have is very worn down I had asked for 2 tools to change the motor on my gun I told the guy that I was gonna go over to the tech bench so I wasn't in his way because there was a few people trying to buy things at the time and I didn't WANA get in the way and next thing I know he's running out yelling at me saying did I say u could take the tools no just in a very rude tone if I was having a bad day and there were a lot of cheaters I probably would of took my chances and said something back but I just gave him the tools back and told him if it's such a problem of players borrowing tools they they need to fix the tech Bench but they refuse to do it and to go back to the beginning the guy wasn't busy when I asked for the tools but he still was like really u need these go buy ur own go use the tech bench they have always given me problems to ask for a single tool or even zip ties I've really gotten tired of the staff so much so that I've told 1 ref to not talk to me for any reason cause he thinks he is so funny but is actually very rude the only 3 staff that are good are Brian , demetri , and the owner who's name I never learned but other then the staff going down the place it self is very fun read more

Miami airsoft is a local airsoft facility where players of all types are welcomed to play. I have been a regular for about a year now and have found the staff to be very helpful and honest about repairs, guns, accessories, ect. This facility has a front area where one may purchase guns, equipment, accessories, magazines, and may also obtain repairs on owners guns. After this area is a customer service area where employees are waiting for any customer to be helped ( there's always 2+ employees in this area) you can buy snacks, pizza, beverage, entrance fee and all kinds of rentals. The price are very reasonable you pay a one time entrance fee and are able to play all day. The employees do check every customer before entering field if they have the proper entrance, feet per second regulation on their weapons, a barrel sock for every weapon for safety, and proper eye protect for all customers. I understand this is a game of honesty, and players have to be honest about when they are hit or not. This only depends on the players not the referees. To see someone get hit by a 6mm is impossible to blame referees to not seeing that is unjust. Refs always explain the game before it had begun and explain spawn points. Every time I have had a problem with a player or me myself has done something wrong the refs have always comforted it before or after the games. They have told me a couple of times of something I was doing wrong and as always I will listen to their instructions. This is a game of HONESTY AND HONOR. Overall I love Miami airsoft.... Danny the owner is a great guy who understands the sport and players and I'm sure does all he can to make the game most enjoyable for all. All in all I give this location 5 stars, I honestly believe they care about the sport and new customers to join as well.
