0 stars because the customer service is a disgrace, called to ask about the airsoft equipment and the guy that answered had so much attitude and was super unprofessional, hung up on multiple times when he didn't understand what I was saying like "how much does a repair take" hangs up the phone with attitude. I called back because I need they're service and the person basically cussed me out for being persistent. Super disappointed with the customer service! Do better! read more

Never go by what you hear! I was told this store was awful and it just the opposite. Family owned and operated. I was greeted by ALL employees as well as customers and apparently visiting family members. Very important! Support the mom and pop shops!! After being out of the hobby for many years, I decided to pick it up again. Every question was answered with great detail and patience. Being well educated in your product really helps, and these guys were exactly that. Nothing fancy here, just good 'ol straight to the point salesmanship. B.S. is thankfully cut out. I'm looking forward to playing again. More importantly, I WILL be returning to this store. I recommend it to anyone looking at picking up the hobby/sport. Great store. Great family. I spoke to a man over the phone about a part I needed and told him I was on my way. I confirmed the time that they closed with him which was 8. I said "Im on my way " he says "ok". This person was expecting me. I drove a long distance from downtown, through tolls and traffic, and still arrived a full 20 minutes before closing to find the store shuttered. Had he said "I'm closing early today." It would have been fine. An hour and a half round trip wasted because of an inconsiderate shopkeeper. read more

Great place to go to. Luis helps you a lot with whatever needs you might and sometimes fixes your marker for free if there's any problems. Haven't had any problems with this shop. Go buy your paint here, no other shop will sell it cheaper. If you are considering buying a gun go ahead and support the shop. But honestly it's cheaper to buy a used gun online (just my 2 cents) read more

I enjoy supporting Paintball Madness. Why? Well because in my first visit, I decided to purchase a mask because I was getting into the sport. The gentleman (I forgot his name) went out of his way to show me the differences between every single mask in his shop. I think this was phenomenal customer service! One week later, I show up again because I was ready to buy 2 paintball markers (one for me and one for my little brother). Once again, phenomenal customer service. He asked me questions such as what kind of playing, budget, and frequency i will be doing. I ended spending about $400 on 2 used markers, hoppers, and tanks. One week later, I went to go play with the markers and one of them failed to shoot. I took the marker back to him and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it for free with no questions asked! This place is truly a blessing for paintball and I have no problem supporting him even if it means to pay a little more. Oh and the thing I love about him is that he doesn't try to sell you the most equipment right away. He naturally assumes that your on a budget and he does everything in his power to give you the best deal possible. read more

These guys are pretty good at their job. Me and a few friends were down in Miami for spring break and while we were there we decided to play some paintball. So some local recommended us to this place and it was a pretty good recommendation. They took care of us immediately and helped us get the best gear for the game. They were friendly to us even though they didn't even know us. Hell even the boss came out to help us. Overall they are pretty great and as a bonus there's a pizza place by their store, so we got to eat and get our gear. read more

Was very impressed by the amount of inventory this store had. I came in to see about getting my gun fixed and had already been to another store where they were unable to repair it. Luis took great care in tending to my needs and knew what was wrong withe the gun right away. He fixed it and only charged me for the pieces that needed to be replaced.
