This is definitely a cool place to bring your little ones and keep them entertained. It's especially useful on those pesky rainy days where you can't go to the park. The set up is good ...especially for parties. They have a room designated for the birthday singing, eating, and cake-cutting activities that is separate from the play area. They also have a small arcade section set up and a bungee jump contraption ... at an extra charge. The price is not bad at all...around $12 and your kid gets to bounce until they are tired. They have a concessions where you can get pizza, drinks, ice cream, coffee, etc. The play area is large... there are around 6 giant bounce houses with slides and obstacles. And a section for toddlers with ball pits. It's definitely fun! And safe and indoors! You must wear socks to be in the area ... no shoes, no bare feet! They do have socks for sale $2 if you forget. read more

Obnoxious place and people. The staff has to be the most unfriendly of them all -- the "supervisors" are the to make sure adults don't go inside with the kids but they don't supervise anything (in two occasions I had to go get one because some kids were going crazy and were gonna get hurt). In addition to this, they let kids of all sizes go inside while the little ones are there (wrong specially when you don't let parents do that). I'm going to start off this review with how poor the customer service was a mix of fantastic and terrible. We rented out a party room for my nephew friends and family and so far our "party assistant" was fantastic, he was helping us out and kept everyone happy. We catered some baked goods (croquetas/pastelitos) which were honestly great, no complaints there. The problem came when we received our croissant sandwiches and cheese/ham rolls. We specifically asked for ham (pork) not Turkey ham. We received both sets with turkey instead. We politely asked if the ey can be swapped for normal ham, the helper came back with the manager, he explained that "he doesn't want to argue with us since it's ham and not turkey"... with a very stupid and smug face... he then explains he can swap it out for pizza/cheese bread and hotdogs which was our only option so we took it, wow it's really hard to explain how dry and cheaply made their pizza/cheese bread. Tastes just like cardboard and a dash of cheese . Anyways to finalize this review, as a consumer there are much better options for your kids and friends to enjoy a great time! They provided everything , the cake from Publix, cupcakes, inflatable high throne, sofa , pizza, empanadas, fruits, decorations , gift bags , cups utensils and plates , mascot and 20$ for the kids to play in the arcade. So much fun for the kiddos AND the adults ! Highly recommend ! THEN , they pack up everything themselves and put the presents in a cart for you to take it to your car. Nothing here but a few large inflatable bounce house slides, no trampolines, the only trampoline is monitored, and is not included with the entry price. They charge an extra $15 for 10 mins. Do not purchase the socks, they are regular "footies", do not have small sizes, and are cheap. Also, the pizza has more bread than cheese or sauce. This past weekend one of our good friends had their daughter's birthday at Jumpin Jamboree and the place still remains exceptional. Upon your arrival they will have you download the app to register you and your child with the corresponding birthday. Than inside you have a huge area where you will find many bounce playgrounds. Love it! Perfect spot for parent to take their kids. They have an arcade section, which is more for kids 5 years and older. But right outside the arcade they have like 3 little toddler rides; one being it an old school merry go round of 3 and a bus that goes up and down along with a visuals inside that fits 3 kids as well. They have a small section of soft play that's supposed to be for 3 years and younger. I love that they have an employee in the soft play making sure everything is going well, but what I didn't like that the employee didn't tell 2 kids that looked about 7 years old and 9 years old to get out cause it's supposed to be for 3 years and younger. They also have a bounce house for toddlers and then the rest of the bounces are for kids 4 years and older. The place has comfortable chairs for parents to sit. I like that they make you all wear socks if you're going to be walking around the carpet. It's $15 unlimited time to play. The food court could be better, but it's not bad either. Not exactly my most favorite indoor playground for birthday parties. Every birthday party gets their own room for the food and cake but the actual playground is for everyone - so you have people from 6 parties all together and tend to lose your own friends. Unfortunately, their toddler area isn't very big and it tends to get a big rowdy as other small children run in there throw around balls. I was a bit worried about my son. We arrived at around 2 on a Saturday an it was not crazy packed. I bought the tickets online and also fill out the waiver prior which I wasn't completely comfortable with because it was non refundable and there was no gauge about how busy they were that day or any indication on capacity. Although on their website they required mask for kids two and up I did not see any mask on most adults in the venue as well as many older kids. Staff did not enfore masks. All i can say is BEWARE of other small children and their parents. A toddler was having a fit over a game and when my child got near it the little boy grabbed him, pulled his hair & DID NOT LET GO. The mother didn't apologize just dipped before I could talk to her. Kids were more engaged by the tiny game room than the slides & obstacle courses. They also advertised extensive cleaning which I did not see at all. Tables were dirty & we had to clean the trash ourselves. read more

This year, we decided to host a birthday party for our daughters together. We wanted a stress-free and fun celebration. Let me tell you, we had an amazing experience hosting with Jumpin Jamboree! From the ease of booking the date to ordering the food, it was a smooth process. The day-of I was so relieved that everything was seriously under control and taken care of. They offer different packages and don't allow outdoor vendors, but I think it was for the better. At the end of the day, our daughters and guests enjoyed themselves so much!! Keeping it simple was the way to go. We actually got to mingle and enjoy the party without having to feel overwhelmed and handling so many details. Most importantly, parents got to sit back and relax because the play area is safe. Do take note that it's more for the children, but parents can watch and assist if necessary on certain inflatable areas. All I had to worry about was the cake, piñata, and goodie bags. They do offer options for the cake and goodie bags if you'd like, but I wanted to add a personal touch to the party. All in all, if you're looking for going the relaxed and stress-free celebration route and have an enjoyable time, Jumpin Jamboree is amazing! They offer balloon arches, but we didn't order any. However, Jumpin Jamboree still puts these cute ceiling balloons in the party room, which I didn't expect :). It was a relief to not have to break our heads over all the party details. I recall just walking in and the host was amazing handling everything we needed! Ana took excellent care for the schedule and notifying our party guests when to come back to the room. Wish the 0-3 section was a little bigger...it gets really busy on weekends and is not safe for smaller babies to be surrounded by running toddlers throwing balls everywhere...so maybe a designated area for infants will be a better idea... Food options as you can read in other reviews are very limited..no healthy options what so ever...i wasn't expecting organic food...but come on guys...you can sell bananas or apples in addition of fast food for snacks... However, I think it's ridiculous to charge the same price for a toddler as a 12 year old. $12 for a 19-month-old who loses interest in anything after 30 minutes is ludicrous. Toddlers should be much cheaper. I don't know any toddler who would stay more than an hour like the bigger kids. For this reason I can only give it one star. Please rethink your prices. read more

Decided to bring my son since there was no school & we had a coupon. The entrance was $11 since it was a holiday but with the 50% off, we paid $6 something. It was a little packed but that wasn't an issue. They have some really big bounce houses and a nice little toddler area & bounce house. It's so funny how the big kids want to play in the toddler section. Go figure. The place is bright & colorful. I think it's pretty clean and has a lot of seating for the parents. There are employees roaming the area. I assume making sure the kids don't get crazy & wear their socks lol The food was a choice of pizza or hot dogs. I ordered 2 kids meals ($4.99 each). Kids meal is a slice of pizza, bag of chips or cookies, soda or juice. I won't lie, the pizza looked bad. However, it didn't taste as bad as it looked. Can't expect anything fancy because it was definitely frozen. But it wasn't horrible. I'd return with both kids next time. read more

Absolutely not coming back here to plan any of my children's birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the manager was being standoffish with us. We asked about decorating the room 30 minutes early and he said no after we were told on the phone that we could. Then, after we asked a lady on the phone if we could bring a tabletop balloon decoration and she said yes as long as it's not structural. As soon as we bring the balloons in, the manager stops us and tells us we're not allowed to bring them in. Not even trying to understand our frustration and empathize, he kept saying "but this, but that" again being cold with us. I asked him if they record phone calls, and he said yes but that he's not gonna go back and check them. How convenient right? After a while of going back and forth, he said we had to pay $100 just to allow us yo put the balloons on the table. Are you serious? This is outrageous, we literally paid over $500 and tipped BEFOREHAND and this is the treatment we get. Please spend your money somewhere else like Launch or Skyzone where they don't charge you to bring YOUR OWN decorations. Completely unacceptable, this is not how you treat guests. We had a decorated party room for ourselves, the parents in the party room and the kids in the bouncing houses. The party was decorated with the colors we selected, food (peperoni and margarita pizza) and drinks were on time and correct temp. They also helped taking the gifts to the car at then end. Our guests enjoyed themselves and those that forgot socks our hostess provided socks without charge considering we did spend a couple hundred here. Fair deal. The hours allotted were 3 hours which fine considering the kids will be playing all afternoon and that's more than enough time. Downside is that considering you are spending lots of money here you are limited on the food choices and not allowed any outside food. read more
